I thought my jaw may have been misaligned or that my teeth had been caving inward - things I thought were leading to me stretching my jaw. I believed the solution was something expensive like Invisalign or breaking my jaw somehow for realignment. It turned out I just needed a tooth resurfacing, which was the reason for my jaw issues! I went out to Dr. Borgella DDS initially because they had great reviews local to Bronx and offered Invisalign. What ended up happening was I saved a bunch of money and switched over to them with Dr. Borgella as my primary dentist! I'll be referring my fiancé to use them, in addition to all my friends and family. They are friendly, genuine, caring, and also offer great availability options for those that have tough work schedules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. I would most definitely refer my family and friends to this dental practice.

Dr. Afridi and his staff are so kind and friendly. My daughter and I had appointments scheduled, and we both loved it. They put us at ease, and my dental hygienist was so professional. She was so sweet and told me what she was doing. Dr. Afridi was awesome, too. I was thankful that they checked when our last X-rays were to figure out if there would be any insurance discrepancies. Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My comfort was their top priority, and my teeth look great thanks to them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I desperately needed a cleaning, but I really couldn’t afford to take the time off work for a dental appointment. Dr. Richard Kauffman’s practice has great hours and strong ratings. The service is exceptional. I appreciated how informative Dr. Kaufman was and that he got my teeth completely clean. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I can't believe I am writing a review about a dentist. I have always had a dislike for the dentist and was nervous and anxious each time I had a dentist appointment. No longer since going to Queens Central Dental. After visiting several dentists in the Jackson Heights area and not being completely satisfied, I decided to look new options. I went through my insurance, who recommended Queens Central Dental and offered to make an appointment for me. After reading the excellent google reviews, I made the appointment and wow, what a great first impression!! The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful and takes whatever time is needed to not only explain your benefits but make sure you understand. So far, I have had a cleaning, filling for a giant cavity, and a root canal. Everything was painless, even though I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years - I did not need to use any pain medication (Rx or over the counter). Dr. Ames performed the dental work and was very professional – making me feel at ease, explaining what was being done, and what to expect thereafter. Everyone - front desk, dental hygienist, medical staff and doctors - are great and has made visiting the dentist great!

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Dr. Sandhu and her team at Queens Dental Care are life-changing. As a mom, it’s a bit embarrassing to get braces, but they explained everything in a very detailed manner and graciously accommodated me when I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. The staff is great with kids. My son has had to come along to my appointments, and they don’t mind at all. Queens Dental Care is the best place in Jackson Heights, NY to go for all your dental needs.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. My wife and I have had positive experiences every time we’ve been. This morning, I had a cavity/filling work and didn’t experience any pain whatsoever. That’s a first in my 50 years of experience. The entire staff is remarkable. They conduct themselves professionally and the office is clean and inviting. I’m glad to have found Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. I highly recommend her practice.

I have been going to Lucky Dental in Rego Park, NY for quite a while now. I have been to a few different offices in the area, but none of them have been able to compare to Dr. Azbel. Everyone at this clinic has been so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me comfortable during my visits, from cleanings to complex procedures. The gift bags they give after cleanings I tend to keep at my office, it makes for a great emergency stash. I have never been pushed into unnecessary work, and they always use top notch technology. They are very meticulous and gentle. The staff actually keeps up with me and asks about my family. They noticed a change in my paperwork and that I now wear a wedding band, and have frequently asked how everything is going. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. Shay Dental is the only place I’ve been able to take my teenage daughter who is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shay was so kind to him and calmed his nerves as soon as he stepped foot in the office. He patiently explained every step of the process and checked on how he was doing. Dr. Shay said we could even come back for a second cleaning visit if need be. The moment I saw my daughter smiling as she walked out of the dentist's office, I knew we had found the one. The next day, Dr. Shay followed up with a sweet note telling my daughter how well he did. I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I had absolutely no issues with the front office staff at C K Galdieri, as they were truly quite pleasant and friendly. The office itself is nestled in Elmwood Park , and I didn't have to wait long on arrival and got to meet the incredibly sweet Dr. Galdieri. I am the worst patient when it comes to dental procedures. I had my top wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and needed A LOT of anesthesia because I can feel most everything. Both Dr. Galdieri and the wonderful staff were so incredibly understanding with me and I spent the entire appointment laughing and cracking jokes with them (even though I was drooling half the time). They took their time to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I let them know if I was ever feeling uncomfortable. The procedure didn't take long and it went by quick with zero issues. C K Galdieri is such an incredible business and I just couldn't help but come and leave a review because I had such a top-tier experience. Thank you, Dr. Galdieri!

I found Dr. Howard Lerner after reading online reviews. We needed a dentist that would be able to see us on the weekend, as it was very difficult to accommodate appointments for my son during the school week. We had wanted to switch from our pediatric dentist because he is a teenager and is very grateful to have found Dr. Lerner and his staff. The hygienist who did the cleaning was incredibly gentle and made sure to explain everything that she was doing, which made my son feel at ease. Dr. Lerner was very friendly during his exam and even complimented my son on his teeth. I appreciated that they weren't pushy about taking x-rays after I explained that I preferred to wait. I also received a discount. Parking was very convenient. We have found a new dentist for my son!

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

I hate going to the dentist. There is always a lecture by some persnickety hygienist and front staff is usually grumpy; not the Candy Sebold DDS team – they made my day. The hygienist was so incredibly thorough and sweet. Dr. Sebold made some suggestions outside of regular treatment, but it didn’t feel like an upsell, only alternative suggestions.
