I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

Dr. Rafya Sandhu at Westbury Smile Center in Westbury, NY is just incredible. The staff she put together makes it feel like home. I always had fears about going to the dentist, but she was personable and flawless in her work. I have been a patient of hers for quite a while now, and even with my husband placing me on his insurance, I refuse to switch. I will continue to visit this facility as long as Dr. Sandhu is here. Though I did wait a little bit, I’ve had to wait longer at other places, and I guarantee they only made me wait because patients weren’t coming in on time, which will push back all the other appointments after it. Or maybe Dr. Afridi was tending to an emergency and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of. I would happily wait a long time if needed just to get the high level of service and dental care this place has to offer, knowing that once I get in the dental chair, they won’t rush me out to keep on schedule. Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental for 2 years. I’ve needed frequent dental work, and Dr. Babayev and her family are one in a million. The patient care is impeccable, and they always go above and beyond. Obviously, root canals aren’t fun, but after having had multiple, I can honestly say that Dr. Babayev does it the best.

My son had no idea he received the numbing shot thanks to the doc giving him numbing gel first and being very discreet with the needle. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!
