What ended up happening was I saved a bunch of money and switched over to them with Dr. Borgella as my primary dentist! This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

The staff made sure that I wasn't in any discomfort or pain. The specialist who did my root canal was wonderful. I am very happy with the services I received at Dr. Kaufman’s Clinic. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. Initially, I had no idea where the office was because I'm new to the Jackson Heights area. So, I had to call back a few times to get directions. The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. My wisdom tooth cracked late one night, but by 7:30 the next morning, I was in Dr. Mangiaracina’s office receiving treatment. I had reached out to them as soon as my tooth cracked and they promptly followed-up as soon as the got to the office. Dr. Mangiaracina is extremely skilled and meticulous. I normally experience some pain when the novocaine wears off, but this time, I didn’t even need to take a pain reliever. It was truly the best dental work I’ve experienced. Everything from the novocaine injection to the casting of the crown was done expertly.

I recently experienced significant pain, and I ended up needing a root canal. They got me in, and they did an incredible job. My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Like most, I hate the idea of dentists - you name it, it’s just the worst! That all changed today. I just got home from an appointment at C K Galdieri and could not wait to write this. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. Everything was explained in great detail and they even drew me some pictures to help understand my treatments. I can't say that I'm excited to go back necessarily, but I'm happy to have found a place in Elmwood Park that is responsive and empathetic. I look forward to fixing my teeth with this dental team. Seriously, this is coming from a patient who has avoided the dentist at all costs for WAY too long: GO to C K Galdieri. (That's an order!)

I went to Dr. Lerner for the removal of two of my wisdom teeth. I barely had any pain during the procedure, and less than a week later, I had no visible swelling. Plus, I could eat any solid food that I wanted. I appreciate how meticulous and candid Dr. Lerner and his staff were. It was nice to know what to expect during the procedure. Additionally, they made me feel very much at ease during the procedure itself. I recommend Dr. Lerner and his practice without reservation. He is the first dentist that I feel I can genuinely trust.

I had trouble finding a dentist for the longest time, but after reading several reviews online, I was able to find a dentist that met my needs and expectations. My experiences have been exactly on par with the 5-star reviews: great service, incredible staff, and comfortable environment. The office staff along with Dr. Rosen have done an excellent job in creating a positive and calm experience; I do not think that I have come across a staff member that has not been helpful, joyful, or comfortable to be around. He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.
