If I could give Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental more stars, I would! She has to be the best dentist in the Scarsdale, NY area. I refer everyone I know to her. Oddly enough, my friends and I all had terrible dentist phobia and hated the idea of going to a clinic. And then a coworker referred me to Dr. Murphy’s office. Now my friends and I actually look forward to our checkups and cleanings. The staff here are so friendly, and everyone at each step of your visit seems to genuinely care for their patients. One of the hygienists joked with me during the entire cleaning which calmed my nerves. Dr. Murphy has completely changed my perception of a dentist office. My wait times at this clinic have been very short which is shocking due to how many people tend to cycle through. This clinic is easily five stars! Thank you, Dr. Murphy.

I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. Even after I switch to a cheaper dental plan, he was still willing to work with me to make sure that my needs were met. They offer pretty flexible appointment times, and you barely have to wait. However, even if there is a small wait, it's worth it. It's nice to know that I have found a doctor who truly cares about my oral health and making sure that the costs are reasonable. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

At the visit before my last one, my daughter was a newborn and couldn't be left alone while I was getting a mold done for a mouthguard and my wife was far away from Elmwood Park out of state for work. The team there didn't hesitate to take care of my daughter while they took my mold. In addition, Dr. Galdieri has always been very engaged with the well-being of patients' families, and always show interest in the most recent family adventure. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

Dr. Sebold and the staff are wonderful, from chair-side manners, to the quality of their work. For my initial assessment, I had previously used up my x-ray allotment for the year and was worried that I wouldn't be able to be seen, so I had my previous dentist send over the records. Dr. Sebold said it would be better for her to have a new set, so they ran them for free! I have troublesome teeth and no one on the staff made me feel guilty or ashamed for all the work I needed to get done. The hygienist even shared in my troubles because she has weak enamel herself and gave me tips for getting the most out of my prescription toothpaste. I really felt like Dr. Sebold and the entire Brooklyn office were very upfront and trustworthy about what needed to be done AND importantly how much it would cost. For my next appointment, I went in for… a number of cavities… one of which turned out to need a root canal and Dr. Sebold worked through her lunch to complete it so that I would not have to come back later and be in pain in the meantime – incredible. While a root canal is never fun, she made mine as painless as possible by constantly reassessing my discomfort and adding Novocain as needed - I barely felt a thing! I highly appreciate that kind of genuine care - I have suffered through tooth pain before and am very grateful she went the extra mile to spare me that. Short summary: Candy Sebold DDS is a friendly, accommodating practice that does quality, comfortable work and really cares about their patients - I could not recommend them highly enough.
