Dr. Kaufman is very honest and efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time, but I knew that choosing a dentist was similar to choosing someone who works on your car. You need someone that you can trust. You want someone who won't pressure you into getting extra work done and someone who will do a great job at an affordable rate. Dr. Kaufman was all of those things and more. I appreciated that he was very direct about what work needed to be done and gave me options as far as payment for the service. I needed six fillings, and the first three only took one hour. Overall, I cannot recommend this office highly enough. The staff is very compassionate, and the office is very inviting.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Queens Central Dental delivered hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and friendly. Dr. Ames is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need, and they take into consideration all of the special circumstances you bring to light. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. The hygienist should win an award for how well they explain everything and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone in the Jackson Heights area do before. Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.
