The follow-up care I received was just as pleasant as the original experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

I saw a Dr. Kaufman today, the Saturday before New Year's Eve, without an appointment because I lost a crown last night. Granted, the crown was over 35 years old and had been done by another dentist, but I still needed it fixed. I expected to have a long wait, but the X-ray process was very efficient. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. After completing my antibiotics, Dr. Isakharov did my root canal. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It went very well and I'm going back to finish the rest of my work. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Dr. Isakharov was gentle, didn’t rush anything, and told me what to expect about the recovery process. Honestly, everyone there gave me a superior service.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

As a mom, it’s a bit embarrassing to get braces, but they explained everything in a very detailed manner and graciously accommodated me when I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. The staff is great with kids. My son has had to come along to my appointments, and they don’t mind at all. My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.
