I initially became a patient of Dr. Kaminsky because his practice was close to my house, and the office had good reviews online. Those reviews were absolutely correct. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist welcomed me and even shook my hand. I barely had to wait. The hygienist was great. She was thorough. I appreciated that she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I sensed that the entire staff truly cared about their patients. Dr. Kaminsky didn’t lecture me about brushing and flossing me. They provided a treatment plan and made sure I thoroughly understand each aspect of it. The guidance was excellent. Dr. Kaminsky definitely raises the bar when it comes to patient satisfaction.

I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. Dr. Sandhu and her staff at the Westbury Smile Center are fantastic. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. I love going to see Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental. She is efficient and knows exactly what to do to solve any dental problem what you may have. I had a tooth extracted and experienced some pain. When I called the office, Dr. Babayev insisted I come in right away. I appreciated that she took my concerns seriously. She is personable, which really puts me at ease.

I strongly recommend this dental clinic in Cedarhurst, NY. The staff here at every level are so detail-oriented, kind, and punctual. I was so shocked at how friendly everyone is, the hygienist was so thorough, and Dr. Rosen took his time during the exam to show me my places with issues. They didn’t let me wait very long in the lobby, and even though I was in and out very quickly, I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone in their support staff is terrific. The environment is so pleasant, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. The office is impeccably clean and inviting, and the exam rooms seem to be top of the line with the latest equipment. They got me in on the next day and completed all the work that needed to be done such as cleaning, x-rays, and a few fillings.

I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great.
