I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I've been going to another dentist for YEARS prior to making this switch and I must say, that the old dentist was losing his touch. Just a cleaning, in and out in fewer than 20 minutes… my teeth still did not feel too clean. My mom told me to go to Queens Central Dental in Jackson Heights and see Dr. Ames. Upon meeting them, they were all personable and funny, making going to the dentist quite enjoyable. End of the day they were thorough and efficient. They are now working with me for my braces and orthodontic care. My chompers are looking fly.

The staff is personable, and they never keep you waiting more than 10 minutes. Compared to other dental practices, that’s very punctual. I was able to get an appointment a few days from when I called. Dr. Sanhu and her assistant are informative. They helped make the experience as comfortable as could be. I’m thrilled to have found my family dentist. I’ll be back in 6 months for a checkup and cleaning.

The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Borgella the whole staff at Reginald Borgella’s dental office. For a number of reasons, especially being afraid of the dentist, it had been WAY too long since I’d had an exam, and so I had to get some serious work done on my teeth. I visited the Bronx office over the course of several months to get everything completed. Each and every time, I was clearly informed about what was needed and the process, how much it would cost, and most importantly was welcomed and put at ease. I live far away, but driving to Dr. Borgella is worth it for the wonderful care that’s coming your way!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.
