I appreciated that she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I sensed that the entire staff truly cared about their patients. Dr. Kaminsky didn’t lecture me about brushing and flossing me. They provided a treatment plan and made sure I thoroughly understand each aspect of it. The guidance was excellent. Dr. Kaminsky definitely raises the bar when it comes to patient satisfaction.

Today, Dr. Afridi did my root canal, and he was extremely detailed, friendly, and gentle. I had some issues numbing up, but he took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He said we were a team working towards the same outcome, and everything went well. The office staff and dental assistant were amazing, too. Dr. Rosen is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The people that manage the office are impeccable, and they treat you like a family member and remember your name. I was referred elsewhere for my root canal, due to the specifics of it, but I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Rosen. I try to go back to the dentist sooner than the usual six months to try and better manage my situation. The staff here are so accommodating; at one point I asked for a pillow, and they happily obliged. It’s a small office, and the team always seems to stay the same, which in my mind means it's probably a great place to work. I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

They are all very nice and love their jobs. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’m usually called back right away. I don’t even need to sit down. They let you watch a movie while you get work done, which makes things go by faster. They are very efficient as is, but I love that you can watch a movie. It almost makes you forget you’re having dental work done. The parking is okay too. I highly recommend Dr. Azbel of Lucky Dental.

The staff at Queens Central Dental are very friendly. My son ended up needing a tooth extracted and Dr. Ames did a phenomenal job. My son had no idea he received the numbing shot thanks to the doc giving him numbing gel first and being very discreet with the needle. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I was referred to Dr. Amir by another teacher I work with. I was a little apprehensive about going, but she's been going here for a while and loves it. I was worried about scheduling the appointment around school hours, but they assured me they are good at maintaining their schedule and I would be in and out in one hour or less. No kidding!
