I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

Dr. Richard Kaufman is one of the nicest dentists there is. He has a great practice in Uniondale, New York. I appreciate that he explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He patiently answers all your questions and concerns. I find Dr. Kaufman to be very gentle and approachable; he puts my nerves at ease. Parking is very convenient. Even if you're coming from out of town, his service is worth the trip!

While on the road, I had a dental emergency in Merrick, NY. I called to see if Dr. Mangiaracina would be able to see me before I continued on my journey. I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. What a great team at Elite Dental!

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. it looks like the third time was the charm for me. I had had two other dentists who did a very poor job. That's what I discovered Dr. Murphy through my insurance directory. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

I’d been struggling with a very painful infected tooth for multiple days. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Cukier. I called the office earlier that morning and was able to be seen in less than an hour. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. They did an X-ray and consulted with me, showing me my X-rays and how the infection had spread. Dr. Cukier prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller. He sent me home to rest, and I went back a week later to have the tooth worked on. Dr. Cukier had a wonderful attitude. He was so friendly and professional. I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. A co-worker recommended Dr. Yakobashvili and now I’ve been to only him for three years. Everyone who works here, and them, are kind and caring. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind it now. Dr. Yakobashvili recently filled a cavity for me and it went great. They listened to my concerns when I told them that the numbing shot doesn’t work that well on me and that they would need to give the most they possibly could. I’m so glad I didn’t feel a thing. They gave me a blanket because I was cold, which I was very thankful for and nitrous oxide since it was my first time getting a cavity filled. I don’t know which helped more, the nitrous oxide or the deep breaths, but I left feeling very satisfied. I’m probably paying more than what I could be at some other place, but you really do get quality service here. Going cheap in the past didn’t work out for me.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I love Dr. Kalyanaraman. I have always been self-conscious about flashing a smile because of my overcrowded and crooked teeth. I wanted to have a perfect smile for my wedding pictures. I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

Dr. Perry and his employees are amazing. 2 years ago, I inadvertently came across them when I urgently required a root canal. I left a message and I was called straight back by Dr. Perry. They were able to get me in straight away and tell me what to take in the meantime. I chose to fix my chipped front teeth after a few crowns and root canals. I got a ton of compliments on the job they did. After years of sheepishly hiding my smile in public, I really love how my teeth look. I've been back several times since seeing Dr. Perry. They remember my name even! I live without a car in the city, so it takes a little longer to get to the office across Medford, but it's worth the time it takes to get there. I strongly suggest them-you're not going to be unhappy!

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

I got Dr. Sebold’s info by googling and found that Candy Sebold DDS was close to where I live. My 79-year old mother was in excruciating pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled, so I called right away to set up an appointment. I called the office and got a very nice and knowledgeable staff person on the other end. He said the doctor could fit her in right away so we rushed over. Doctor Candy Sebold was wonderful, warm, knowledgeable and empathetic. Within an hour, my mom was beaming and telling jokes. The entire staff made us feel welcome. I cannot say enough about what a great Brooklyn experience it was, and I would highly recommend Dr. Sebold.

This review is waaay overdue! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Amir’s for a while now and I visit often. I was concerned about finding the right dentist when I moved to Brooklyn. Dr. Amir explains all of your options and is honest and professional. I think everyone working there is helpful and friendly. The office of Unique Family Dentistry is charming and clean. I have been a patient of Dr. Rokhsareh Ghaffari in Eliza, NJ for quite a while now. My previous dentist advised me to go see a specialist for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. I searched and found this office. I asked Dr. Ghaffari of her opinion, and she stated that if they don’t hurt, we leave them alone. A different specialist just quoted me an exorbitant price to extract them without hardly opening my mouth to take a look. I came here for orthodontics as well. My braces were taken off recently, and it took way longer than I thought, but I am happy with my teeth. The dental hygienist did the majority of the work under the instruction of the dentist. I think that hygienist needs to be an Ortho Doctor, he seemed in his area of expertise and made it look effortless. They both took the time to answer all of my questions. I love everyone at this office, I know most if not all of them on a first name basis. Dr. Ghaffari always asks about my family whom now goes to her clinic. I tend to rave about this clinic, and I’m looking forward to my next visit.
