I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Incredible! The hygienist, is great and Dr. Ames is a skilled dentist and an awesome person. They were super accommodating to me when I was late due to classic Jackson Heights traffic. They are very family friendly and everyone in the Queens Central Dental practice is super pleasant in conversation. I brought my baby with me because I was on maternity leave and had not one to watch him and they were 100% accommodating. They completed my cleaning while he was in his car seat, and when he got upset, they let him sit with me! I got a cleaning done, quickly followed by two cavities filled. One cavity took longer to fill than expected and they were so nice about it, and then they scheduled an early appointment for me to get the other filled on another day. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I woke up a few days ago with an awful pain coming from my wisdom teeth. Since I am new to the Scarsdale, NY area, I turned to online reviews to attempt to locate a competent dentist. Ironically, Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental was just down the road from me and seemed to have a ton of great reviews. I made my appointment and came in within two hours of my phone call. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment, and they got me back within the time it took for me to complete my paperwork. I was ushered back and immediately was seen by the x-ray technician. That process only took a few minutes. Lastly, Dr. Murphy just has an incredible personality. She is so friendly, upfront, and punctual. She goes out of her way to save you money by trying to stay within the limits of your insurance. The hygienist was very thorough and patient, and my teeth and gums have never felt better. I recommend this office to everyone I come across.

I happened upon them recently and was here in their Elmwood Park office for the second time today, their personal approach still blows me away.
