This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Borgella’s office environment is very lively and nice. The people seem to enjoy their work and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr Reginald Borgella was very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. The hygienist was excellent and checked for things that my prior dentist did not check for gingivitis and other gum diseases. The office was very clean and modern with all the latest gadgets. They were able to do everything on site. After my recommendation, the whole Church plans to come to this Bronx office because they really care about their patients - God bless them!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I selected Queens Central Dental because they are right next door in Jackson Heights , they open early and have some Saturday hours. Now that I've had my first experience, I'd come back no matter what the hours! Queens Central Dental is my new go-to for all things dental. The staff were polite, professional, and friendly. The office is very clean and has modern tech. Dr. Ames is a top-notch dentist. And for the record, I am not the biggest fan of dentists. She is thorough, provides a great deal of information and has a very warm, comforting manner.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

Shay Dental is the only place I’ve been able to take my teenage daughter who is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shay was so kind to him and calmed his nerves as soon as he stepped foot in the office. He patiently explained every step of the process and checked on how he was doing. Dr. Shay said we could even come back for a second cleaning visit if need be. The moment I saw my daughter smiling as she walked out of the dentist's office, I knew we had found the one. The next day, Dr. Shay followed up with a sweet note telling my daughter how well he did. Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. What a great team at Elite Dental!

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Dr. Azbel has been impeccable. The staff at Lucky Dental are so personable, informative, and attentive. I love my visits so far to this clinic; my teeth cleanings have been great. They allowed me to wear headphones and listen to music while they worked, which eased my anxieties considerably. The parking situation was pretty good, and I love Dr. Azbel.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Lerner's practice. My wife was suffering due to an impacted wisdom tooth and needed it extracted immediately. We had been looking for a New York based dentist/oral surgeon for quite some time but had been unimpressed with those that had offered us a consult. Then we met Dr. Lerner. He was able to fit her into his schedule with very little notice and removed her wisdom tooth. It was a painless process for her--just x-rays, a couple of shots, and a little bit of pressure. We were on our way home in less than an hour. Seeing how well she was treated inspired me to have my own work done. I made an appointment to fix a chipped tooth/implant. We can’t thank Dr. Lerner and his staff enough.

I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. I was dealing with some tooth sensitivity, so I scheduled an appointment with Glendale Dental. It was a wonderful experience. Cleaning: The hygienist did a wonderful job. She was polite and gentle. It was one of the best cleanings I’ve had in my lifetime. Dr. Cukier: He checked for various causes of tooth sensitivity and was so meticulous and kind. He communicated clearly and made sure I was okay before he proceeded. He solved the problem I was having with one of my back molars and did a quick cosmetic fix. That tooth was closer to the front. I’m impressed with the high-quality care I received. I’d highly recommend him! Dental office: The office was very clean and sanitary. It’s a wonderful office with wonderful staff. I couldn’t be more impressed with Glendale Dental and would definitely recommend this practice.

I’ve felt welcome every time I’ve been back to Radiance Dental for an appointment with Dr. Murphy. She is amazing. She truly cares about her patients. Lately, I’ve been to another dentist in the area. His service was okay but now as good as Dr. Murphy’s care. The receptionist is great too. Overall, Radiance Dental is fantastic!

My family has been seeing Dr. Afridi, and we think he’s nothing short of attentive, competent, intelligent, careful and highly trained. Dr. Afridi did many implants for my elderly mother. He was very careful not to hurt her and really took his time. The end result was great - to this day, she can still eat solid foods! A few years after the implants, however, she developed gum disease and an infection (probably a lack of oral hygiene), and her last dentist never said anything about it. Dr. Afridi was able to save her teeth and implants. He saw her right away and followed up to make sure everything was going alright. We don’t want anything like that to happen to her again, so now he’s in charge of her dental care from now on. As for myself, I had a calcified front tooth due to a bad root canal from a specialist. I really don’t blame him though because I knew it was a potential complication. My general dentist referred me to Dr. Afridi for follow-up treatment and an implant. I was scared and wanted to be knocked out during it, but he promised it wouldn’t hurt. And he was right. Even though I needed bone generation and gum generation for my implant, they were able to give me a temporary tooth on that same day. The entire procedure was pain free, and the end result was beautiful! Everlasting Smiles Dental is conveniently located in Glen Oaks, NY. It’s spotless and efficient with a warm, amazing staff. My coworker actually did a similar procedure to mine at another place because it was cheaper, and he went through a ton of pain and couldn’t go to work because of it. Therefore, he really didn’t save any money. The only place I’d ever go for extensive dental work like that would be to this office. I strongly recommend Dr. Afridi.

He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

I had a great first visit to BH Franklin Dental. I’m so grateful to have found them after deciding to change dentists. I loved that no one tried to pressure me into buying services I didn’t actually need like Invisalign, teeth whitening, veneers or laser treatments. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

Dr. Mangiaracina and her technician are amazing. She doesn’t try to line her pockets by recommending unnecessary work and is always positive. I like having a dentist who doesn’t make you feel as though she is silently judging your teeth. I've had multiple dental implants done, and I feel brand new. But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. I just had a wonderful experience at Albert A. Khalil DDS in South River, NJ. I accidentally chipped two of my teeth late last night, so I called them this morning. They said they didn’t have any appointments but said they’d ask Dr. Khalil if he could fit me in somehow. A couple of hours after that, they called back and said they could see me between appointments. Dr. Khalil and his staff were very inviting and competent. I got out of there in less an hour, and I only paid $350, which I thought was very little because I have awful dental coverage. I’m so happy with the experience, and my teeth look great! Hopefully, the work he did lasts a long time.
