I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

Dr. Gross kind, easy to talk to, gentle, and professional. He is very nice and a knowledgeable dentist in the Bronx. He obviously knows what she’s doing because I’m never in a lot of pain in her chair. My husband has had bad experiences with dentists, especially as a child, but he loves Dr. Gross. He makes both of us feel relaxed, and we just took our 4 year old in for his first cleaning. We trust him more than a pediatric dentist. He was great with our son, we took photos and she gave us all hugs. You should definitely go see Dr. Gross.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

My wife and I just started seeing Dr. Vinjamuri in the Bronx, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I hate going to the dentist (like many others), but Dr. Vinjamuri instantly calms my nerves because he’s gifted and does a great job. I’ve been to dentists who see you as a paycheck or a number, but Dr. Vinjamuri makes you feel like family. He always tells the truth when it comes to your teeth care. I’ve been to Dr. Vinjamuri’s office for routine cleanings, cavity fillings and crowns, and they are super patient and details. They always do everything perfectly, which is a good quality for a dentist to have. Not only that, everyone here is also very welcoming and kind, and they have beautiful smiles. A co-worker recommended Dr. Yakobashvili and now I’ve been to only him for three years. Everyone who works here, and them, are kind and caring. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind it now. Dr. Yakobashvili recently filled a cavity for me and it went great. They listened to my concerns when I told them that the numbing shot doesn’t work that well on me and that they would need to give the most they possibly could. I’m so glad I didn’t feel a thing. They gave me a blanket because I was cold, which I was very thankful for and nitrous oxide since it was my first time getting a cavity filled. I don’t know which helped more, the nitrous oxide or the deep breaths, but I left feeling very satisfied. I’m probably paying more than what I could be at some other place, but you really do get quality service here. Going cheap in the past didn’t work out for me.

Out of all the dentists I have ever visited, Dr. Datikashvili is top notch! My last dentist’s replacement just wasn’t great. I looked around the Bronx for a replacement and found Glad Dental Great choice! They are all so amazing, and I love that they take the time to tell me all the things they are doing, and they are so professional as well! I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental Center. I had some cosmetic dental work done including filing my front teeth down and getting my ugly silver filling replaced by white ones. I was however really nervous about the last thing I had to get done, which was a root canal on my molar. No one believes me when I tell them it didn’t hurt at all. Dr. Hubscher was so funny and entertaining, which made the process easier. I actually live in CT, but I travel to Manhattan to see this dentist. That’s how good a dentist he is.

Dr. Korenman is such a great dentist. He is efficient and most importantly gentle! I decided to go to her for my Invisalign treatment which, I previously went somewhere else in Manhattan, and I did not go through with it because I felt rushed. If you are looking for a dental office in Manhattan that really cares about their patients then Dr. Keh is your doctor. All bases are covered to his office from being professional, friendly, and providing effective dental care. I am a stay at home mom and I can honestly say I enjoy time to get away. When I come in for my cleaning it's like a day at the spa for me. You can put your headphones in and listen to your music while she is doing your cleaning to tune out all the noise. She is very gentle and calming. The cleanings usually take an hour. Which is not the fastest but you get top quality.

I would give Dr. Li and staff a 5-star review because it is well deserved. I'm only a month into my Invisalign treatment and every time I go in for my aligner pick up, Dr. Li is thorough while making the visits fast and easy. Booking appointment is also easy I can book by calling or email and have a response back within the hour. Invisalign can be expensive and thankfully being on the Doctors Network plan makes dentistry affordable. I have no complaints as a client everyone is very professional and accommodating. The dental assistant is so sweet and gentle she did my x-rays. Dr. Li is awesome and also very gentle. He knows what he is talking about and I completely trust him because I know he has my best interest. Dr. Li is very easy going and has a humorous side which I haven't met a lot of dentists in New York, NY like that. His humor helps me relax and not to be so tense. The first time I came into Dr. Li’s dental office on the Upper West Side was for an Invisalign consultation. His staff informed me of the dental plan and I was beyond thrilled. At my previous dental office in Midtown Manhattan they only accepted select dental plans; therefore, I was unable to go ahead with Invisalign due to I could not afford it at the time. After doing some research I decided to sign up and move to a different office. I am in the middle of my treatment now and I am just amazed by how much progress has been made. Every time I pick up my trays I know I am in good hands because Dr. Li wants every detail to be perfect. He will make time and communicate how everything feels and adjust as needed, such as adjusting pressure points, scanning, or taking pictures.

A few years ago, my friend gave me an online coupon for dental work. At that visit, they told me I needed 11 cavities filled immediately, work that would total over $1000. I take good care of my teeth, brushing and flossing regularly, so I was surprised and alarmed. I decided to go to Dr. Alamzad for a second opinion. As it turned out, I didn’t have any cavities at all. I continued to go to Dr. Alamzad until I moved and needed to change practices. At my first visit to another dentist, I was told I had seven cavities, all of which required fillings. Naturally, I made the drive back to Dr. Alamzad’s office to get his opinion. His staff used an x-ray machine that was faster and used less radiation than other machines. Once again, Dr. Alamzad didn’t find any issues, and believe me, he looked. Apparently, in this day and age, if you have a bit of plaque or not-so-perfectly-white teeth, other dentists use that as justification for extra, unnecessary work. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Alamad. I’ll be commuting to his practice from now on. I plan to have my 3-year-old start coming for cleanings soon too. Dr. Hassan Alamzad is the best in Jackson Heights, NY and the surrounding area. I’ve already referred some of my friends. Please give his office a call; you’ll receive excellent care.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. I can’t even explain how amazing 82nd Dental in Jackson Heights, NY is! The staff is very welcoming and supportive, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Each exam station has its own TV, and while I don’t enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, they are quick but careful, often stopping to make sure you’re alright. Plus, they don’t shame me even though they know I’m not taking the best care of my teeth. My hygienist was very friendly and highly skilled. Dr. Neman stopped in after the cleaning to take a look at my x-rays, and I’m pretty sure he’s one of the nicest men to ever walk this earth. He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. I even asked him whether or not I needed my wisdom teeth removed, but he said I may not have to get them pulled. Every other dentist I’ve been to has insisted I remove them (probably because it means more money), but not Dr. Neman; he won’t make you go through any unnecessary procedures. They don’t have in-house whitening service, but they gave me some whitening trays to take home for a fair price. I just had to try them!

Without a doubt, Dr. Winter is the best dentist in New York. I grind my teeth, so I have had years of issues with bonding breaking on my teeth. One morning, I woke up with a chipped front tooth and realized I needed dental attention immediately. I called Dr. Winter’ office, and they were able to schedule me for a consult that day. Initially, they had told me that they wouldn't be able to fix the tooth until the following Monday because they were booked with appointments; however, Dr. Winter moved her other appointments around so that she could take care of me. I also appreciated how affordable the treatment was. I had called a couple other dentists prior to calling Dr. Winter, and the other dentists quoted me a price of over $500 more than what Dr. Winter charged. I appreciated that Dr. Winter listened to my concerns and did high-quality work. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist. I will be going back soon for a full set of veneers.

My mom lives in Connecticut, but she comes in to Dr. Gershon’s for her dental when she visits me. While visiting from California, my father-in-law started experiencing severe dental pain that required immediate care. Dr. Gershon’s wonderful team took great care of him even though he was not a regular patient and didn’t have an appointment. It was near the Christmas holidays, but that wasn’t a problem for them. All the staff at Dr. Gershon’s dental office are caring and professional. This is the best dentist in the area!

I love Bayside Laser Dental! When I relocated to Patchogue, NY. I had a very difficult time finding a good dentist and other healthcare providers, but Dr. Hyang-Rim Lee and his staff are just amazing! If only I could find a primary care doctor with the same level of customer service and quality of work! I did have a hiccup after being injected with Novocain for a filling where something unusual happened and I lost the taste on the right side of my mouth for a couple of months. But Dr. Lee and the front desk staff both followed up with me every week for the duration to see how I was doing and offered several suggestions to speed up recovery, and made my life so much easier! The staff there are all the sweetest you will ever meet. One last comment...his wife bakes the best gingerbread cookies.

I’ve taken my daughter to Ruben’s Dental in the past when she smashed her two front teeth into a pogo stick, so I already knew they were great. Last week, I made an appointment and had Dr. Fattakhov put a crown on my molar and fix a sensitive area near my gum line. He’s fantastic - he told me that going to multiple dentists may result in different diagnoses. However, he’s never been passive aggressive about what work I need done. He’s realistic, sensible, and has great bedside manners. The office is located in Forest Hills, NY with decent parking. The office is beautifully decorated and cozy yet qualified-looking. Go check out Dr. Fattakhov for yourself - he’s wonderful and even fun! And yes, dentists know how to have fun! If yours doesn’t, it’s time to switch!

I’ve been living in Forest Hills, New York for almost 10 years now and while I’ve gone to many dentists in the area, Dr. Fattakhov is the best. The whole staff in the office is friendly and kind. They make sure you feel comfortable. They have TVs everywhere, in the waiting room and in the back. They do x-rays and cleanings in the same chair, which I appreciate because then I’m not moving around. They offer bibs and sunglasses during cleanings so that water doesn’t get into your eyes or on your clothes. They are very thorough, and they will explain everything they’re going to be doing before they do it. The doctor really cares about his patients and makes sure to check in with each person. You never have to wait long here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.
