I appreciated that she took the time to go over each step of the procedure, explaining why it was important to have it done. She also performed a deep cleaning and started me on Invisalign. Also, Radiance Dental runs very punctually. Plus, they have great hours for someone who frequently works late in Scarsdale.

Have been a patient at C K Galdieri in Elmwood Park for a couple of years and have always enjoyed the service! Pleasant experiences are mainstay, from check-in to departure. I came in first for an exam and then came back later for a crown at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Procedures were well explained in detail and questions promptly answered. Never seemed like there was a hurry or when asking questions. I'm very happy to have found a good dentist in the Bronx area. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I had a very nice experience here, which I’ve found to be very rare at a dentist office in Midtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised at how great they are here. I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care. Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental for 2 years. I’ve needed frequent dental work, and Dr. Babayev and her family are one in a million. The patient care is impeccable, and they always go above and beyond. Obviously, root canals aren’t fun, but after having had multiple, I can honestly say that Dr. Babayev does it the best.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. Same result without all the radiation! Dr. Kaufman was so expeditious and accommodating. Thank you so much!
