This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Shay has been my dentist for the last 3 years. My husband and brother are patients now too. We really like how professional and friendly the staff is, it is a nice change of pace for New York. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. They get busy though, so make sure you book your appointments in advance. I highly recommend Dr. Shay… he is great and you will be pleased with his work.

This is my second trip to Armstrong Dental Studio for more than just a regular cleaning. This time I had a root canal and crown done on the same tooth, but no worries, it was completely pain free! I had put off getting two crowns because I didn't have dental insurance for quite some time, but I finally decided that I needed to take control of my teeth. I did my research and got quotes from multiple local dentists. When calling a dentist, you can get a true feel for the atmosphere in the office. This is especially true if you tell them up front that you don't have insurance. The X-ray, teeth cleaning, and crown sizing experience was very prompt and painless. The crown setting process was also very efficient and painless. I found the staff to be incredibly personable and helpful. I will be recommending Dr. Lerner to all my friends who have also been putting off going to the dentist.

I don't think I could say enough good things about Queens Central Dental. Everyone is so welcoming and very sweet. My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Dr. Azbel has been impeccable. The staff at Lucky Dental are so personable, informative, and attentive. I love my visits so far to this clinic; my teeth cleanings have been great. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental for 2 years. I’ve needed frequent dental work, and Dr. Babayev and her family are one in a million. Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I've been to see Dr. Amir twice and both times were fantastic experiences. The first time was a dental emergency (broken tooth) and I got in right away. The staff and Dr. Amir were kind and considerate, made me feel totally comfortable and didn't do anything before discussing the cost and options with me first. I called Dr. Mangiaracina as soon as I could on Monday morning, and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had a wonderful experience. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.
