She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. They too were very friendly, caring, and informed. They explained to me about what was going on with my teeth. I didn't have to ask a think, which was great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! Queens Central Dental truly cares about their patients, which shows in their thoughtful attitudes and actions. So, if you're looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. He has been our dentist for years, and the cleaning done by his staff is so good. They have the top of the line equipment available, and they are so detail oriented in their cleaning, paying a ton of attention to problem areas. They are quick to catch problems so they can monitor them closely. Dr. Rosen is so thorough with his exams, but our time in the chair has been minimal due to the positive cleanings and follow-ups. This office has a ton of great reviews, and I now have seen why. A lot of us forget to say thank you. I try my hardest to go out of my way to let them know how much I appreciate their services. When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.
