They do not try to upsell you like many other businesses in New York. They do what needs to be done efficiently and honestly, with a real concern for their patients. My whole immediate family gets their work done there. The staff is very accommodating and efficient, especially when handling emergency situations. They also offer more specialist services in the office on certain days of the week, so you never have to worry about outsourcing other offices or services. The office workers are also very helpful financially. When insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, the staff doesn’t hesitate to explain the best course of action in paying off bills, and they are very understanding and realistic when it comes to what’s urgent and what’s not. They have been a huge help in paying for our dental procedures. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and I tell all my friends and family to use Shay Dental. The studio is well-kept and up-to-date, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and the work itself is perfect.

I had a very nice experience here, which I’ve found to be very rare at a dentist office in Midtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised at how great they are here. I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care. I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. I found Dr. Howard Lerner after reading online reviews. We needed a dentist that would be able to see us on the weekend, as it was very difficult to accommodate appointments for my son during the school week. We had wanted to switch from our pediatric dentist because he is a teenager and is very grateful to have found Dr. Lerner and his staff. The hygienist who did the cleaning was incredibly gentle and made sure to explain everything that she was doing, which made my son feel at ease. Dr. Lerner was very friendly during his exam and even complimented my son on his teeth. I appreciated that they weren't pushy about taking x-rays after I explained that I preferred to wait. I also received a discount. Parking was very convenient. We have found a new dentist for my son!

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Yakobashvili and now I’ve been to only him for three years. Everyone who works here, and them, are kind and caring. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind it now. Dr. Yakobashvili recently filled a cavity for me and it went great. They listened to my concerns when I told them that the numbing shot doesn’t work that well on me and that they would need to give the most they possibly could. I’m so glad I didn’t feel a thing. They gave me a blanket because I was cold, which I was very thankful for and nitrous oxide since it was my first time getting a cavity filled. I don’t know which helped more, the nitrous oxide or the deep breaths, but I left feeling very satisfied. I’m probably paying more than what I could be at some other place, but you really do get quality service here. Going cheap in the past didn’t work out for me.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. Queens Dental Care in Jackson Heights provides the best dental care possible. They have quelled my longtime fear of going to the dentist. After having quit smoking a couple years ago, I decided to treat myself. The staff made custom bleaching trays. My teeth look great. They do a super job on cleanings too. I’m grateful Dr. Sandhu is my regular dentist. I’m so pleased with the level of service that I referred my elderly uncle. They have treated him with such kindness. He needed treatment for an infected rear tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule us immediately. Dr. Sandhu was very kind, informing him about every step of the process. From the time we called to the time we left, it only took two hours. You can’t ask for anything better than that. Thank you Dr. Sandhu for such great service.

Today my crown came loose and I found out my insurance didn't auto enroll me this year. Not only did I get a same day appt at Queens Central Dental, but after the dental review I was offered three options with different costs – all within my price range. The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, but I just had my first filling ever done. I almost made it 25 years without one. Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I came across Dr. Azbel at Lucky Dental, and this is now my permanent dentist office. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and took the initiative to educate their patients. Dr. Cukier and his staff are amazing. I’ve been to Glendale Dental for two emergency treatments, and they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cukier is wonderful. He knows his craft and works efficiently. I had little to no pain for either procedure thanks to Dr. Cukier being good with a needle. I highly recommend Dr. Cukier. Added: He even followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay.

Dr. Kalyanaraman thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and he kept checking to be sure I was alright. I was really impressed with his professionalism. His gentle approach made me relax even though I’ve had several different and difficult procedures. I really appreciate the way that all the members of their entire team treat each other so respectfully. I actually look forward to visiting their office, and I feel so lucky that I’ve found my dream dentist.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

I”m so glad I found my family dentist in Sheepshead Bay, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. I came to Dr. Sebold for a quick cleaning and check-up. The hygienist, is wonderful; she's gentle but thorough, skilled, and fast. She's friendly, knowledgeable about what she does, and attentive to questions you have. I spoke with Dr. Sebold after my exam. From our conversation, I could tell there are clearly very high standards for everyone at Sebold DDS. I was put at ease by this honesty and professionalism. All of the staff were happy to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to find the right fit for treatment. I got the sense that Dr. Sebold DDS genuinely cares about each of their patients. I'm definitely recommending Dr. Sebold to friends and family. A couple of additional notes - 1. Dr. Sebold has one of the most well-stocked and comfortable waiting rooms I've ever been in! I'm actually looking forward to waiting before my next visit to the office! Although, the wait times are very short. 2. The front staff are friendly, polite, and well organized! I had to call a couple of times before my appointment because I was running late and my GPS died before I found the Brooklyn office. No problem though, the front desk was very helpful and happy to assist!

This review is waaay overdue! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Amir’s for a while now and I visit often. I was concerned about finding the right dentist when I moved to Brooklyn. Dr. Amir explains all of your options and is honest and professional. I think everyone working there is helpful and friendly. I love going to see Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental. She is efficient and knows exactly what to do to solve any dental problem what you may have. I had a tooth extracted and experienced some pain. When I called the office, Dr. Babayev insisted I come in right away. I appreciated that she took my concerns seriously. She is personable, which really puts me at ease.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Dr. Rokhsareh Ghaffari at Unique Family Dentistry did an incredible job, so much so that I decided to give them a try. This staff in Elizabeth, NJ was so friendly and sweet. Also, the dentist is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable with their craft. If you are currently looking for a dentist, come check these guys out; you will not regret it. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled, and I thought I was going to experience significant pain, but so far I am feeling great.

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, she’s the best! Whenever we have dental emergencies we’re able to get in within a couple of hours. This place is awesome.

I had a few awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, which caused me to have very high anxiety in regard to dental offices. Just recently, I started experiencing some pain, and I knew I had to either toughen up and schedule the appointment or live with it. Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

Dr. Kaufman is very honest and efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time, but I knew that choosing a dentist was similar to choosing someone who works on your car. You need someone that you can trust. You want someone who won't pressure you into getting extra work done and someone who will do a great job at an affordable rate. Dr. Kaufman was all of those things and more. I appreciated that he was very direct about what work needed to be done and gave me options as far as payment for the service. I needed six fillings, and the first three only took one hour. Overall, I cannot recommend this office highly enough. The staff is very compassionate, and the office is very inviting.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. I’m so glad I found Stuart Kaminsky DDS. Having been back for at least 5 appointments, I can honestly say that each time I left feeling clean. The staff is incredibly kind. They know their craft and don’t try to upsell you. Dr. Kaminsky is trustworthy and honest when recommending procedures and care. I personally love this level of honesty in a provider. My hygienist is great as well. She answers my questions and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I appreciate her patience. I never feel rushed when I’m in the chair. I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I just moved to South River, NJ, and I knew I needed two crowns asap. I was pretty desperate for a great dentist, so I checked on Doctors Network. That’s where I found Dr. Khalil. I dialed their number and prayed they had an opening. It was the best decision I could have made! Plain and simple, he is great at his job, gentle, mindful, and a joy to talk to. Don’t let his looks deceive you - he’s a great dentist. I had a drilling a few weeks ago, and even the shot was pain free! He did my crown for me yesterday, and he took about a half hour to make sure it was the perfect fit for my teeth. The crown was already made, so it should have been a perfect fit. However, he wants his to last for many years, so he does the best job possible to ensure it’s longevity. He also took an extra x-ray to ensure the crown was sealed all the way around since he couldn’t see part of it. He’s so meticulous, which is exactly what you want in the person who works in your mouth and drills your teeth. I usually don’t leave reviews, but for anyone who’s anxious about finding a good dentist, please know Albert A. Khalil DDS is the best of the best. I hope this helps!
