Dr. Shay is the best dentist ever! I've been to several different dentists around New York in the past (hate going usually) and have always been satisfied with the service and professional opinions of the staff and doctors here. They are incredibly friendly and making appointments are a breeze. Dr. Shay is awesome. He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I actually look forward to coming here. I can trust that they're going to be very thorough and do a great job. I love the way Doctor Phil Shay runs this office. It's very professional and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Phil Shay is a great dentist. Out of the dentists that I have visited, I enjoyed this visit to Shay Dental, and the visit was satisfying. I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I went to Dr. Lerner for the removal of two of my wisdom teeth. I barely had any pain during the procedure, and less than a week later, I had no visible swelling. Plus, I could eat any solid food that I wanted. I appreciate how meticulous and candid Dr. Lerner and his staff were. It was nice to know what to expect during the procedure. Additionally, they made me feel very much at ease during the procedure itself. I recommend Dr. Lerner and his practice without reservation. He is the first dentist that I feel I can genuinely trust.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

I can't believe I am writing a review about a dentist. I have always had a dislike for the dentist and was nervous and anxious each time I had a dentist appointment. No longer since going to Queens Central Dental. After visiting several dentists in the Jackson Heights area and not being completely satisfied, I decided to look new options. I went through my insurance, who recommended Queens Central Dental and offered to make an appointment for me. After reading the excellent google reviews, I made the appointment and wow, what a great first impression!! The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful and takes whatever time is needed to not only explain your benefits but make sure you understand. So far, I have had a cleaning, filling for a giant cavity, and a root canal. Everything was painless, even though I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years - I did not need to use any pain medication (Rx or over the counter). Dr. Ames performed the dental work and was very professional – making me feel at ease, explaining what was being done, and what to expect thereafter. Everyone - front desk, dental hygienist, medical staff and doctors - are great and has made visiting the dentist great!

I’m so lucky to have found this dentist. Dr. Wert is very friendly and easy to talk to. The dental staff is very kind. The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. I plan on being a patient here for the rest of my life and would recommend everyone else to this place as well.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

That says a lot as I hate, hate, hate going to the dentist, ranking it worse than visiting a car dealership, mechanic, doctor When I needed a dental cleaning, I called Elite Dental. My appointment was with Dr. Isakharov. The office was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I felt they were very thorough and gentle and also very good about educating me on what was happening and how I could care for my gums and teeth better. Dr. Isakharov was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my dental health. The exam and cleaning wasn’t rushed or pushy. Overall, the experience was excellent and I have had 3 cleanings in total. Highly recommend!

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt that I had to tell everyone how wonderful Dr. Azbel is. After moving to Rego Park, I needed a new dentist. A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Dr. Cukier and his staff are amazing. I’ve been to Glendale Dental for two emergency treatments, and they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cukier is wonderful. He knows his craft and works efficiently. I had little to no pain for either procedure thanks to Dr. Cukier being good with a needle. I highly recommend Dr. Cukier. Added: He even followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay.

This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. I've been seeing Dr. Sebold for 2 years now. I'm a complete worry-wart about going to the dentist, but everyone there goes out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Sebold is gentle and good about explaining what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it will be done. Not only have I not had problems with his treatments, but Dr. Sebold has also fixed dental work I had done before I became his patient! The hygienists and assistants are all excellent and very good at what they do. The billing and scheduling specialists for the Brooklyn location are also excellent - very accommodating and friendly. I've been to see Dr. Amir twice and both times were fantastic experiences. The first time was a dental emergency (broken tooth) and I got in right away. The staff and Dr. Amir were kind and considerate, made me feel totally comfortable and didn't do anything before discussing the cost and options with me first. I have been to dentists before that get real pushy about extra services you didn't ask for or don't need and ended up with an astronomical bill. Not like that with Dr. Amir at all! I’m so happy Dr. Afridi works near our home in Glen Oaks, NY. Seriously, make an appointment at Everlasting Smiles Dental and see how great and truthful he is for yourself. He is the only dentist I’ve ever been to that wants to save my teeth before doing any major procedures. He even teaches my kids how important it is to floss, brush, and take care of their teeth. Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental is the best dentist in Franklin Park. The friendly and knowledgeable staff makes you feel like you belong. Plus, the staff all works well together, allowing things to run smoothly. After years of searching for a dentist with prices and great services, I decided to try Dr. Babayev. I appreciated her trustworthy nature, as she was very honest about what would and would not work for me. I wanted lumineers. Other dentists had told me I would be satisfied with only four lumineers, but Dr. Babayev disagreed. She said it wouldn’t be enough, and I likely dislike the results. I followed her advice and got the Lumineers. She was right. It was the best decision I could have made. I cannot tell you how much I love my teeth and how natural they look and feel. Dr. Babayev strives for the utmost customer satisfaction. I’m so happy I invested in my smile. I will be referring multiple friends to BH Franklin Dental.

Going to Unique Family Dentistry has changed my outlook on dentists. The entire staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. Dr. Ghaffari does a wonderful job with cleanings. When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

I love the beautiful office and awesome staff. The hygienists are gentle when cleaning. Dr. Kaminsky and his staff pay attention to detail, which some dental practices seem to forget. For example, they remind you about your appointments in advance and don’t make you spend an eternity in the waiting room. While they do offer cosmetic services (whitening, straightening, even an oral cancer screening,) they don’t bother you if you decline.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I’m pretty selective in terms of picking a doctor, so I’ve been to many different dentist offices for consultations before I decided to stick with Albert A. Khalil DDS in South River, NJ. Dentist appointments usually make me nervous and stressed, but when I arrived, the front office staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Khalil put me at ease immediately. I needed some teeth pulled so that I could get braces. Needles terrify me, so I was really anxious about it, but Dr. Khalil and his staff were so sweet and patient, which made it very manageable. I strongly suggest you check this practice out, especially if you need a dentist and staff who genuinely cares about you and consistently provide incredible service!
