The cleaning, exam, and x-rays were all done with such professionalism and skill. Dr. Sandhu is just incredible. Dr. Sandhu and the assistant do an excellent job keeping you relaxed. The doctor does a comprehensive job explaining everything. My experience during my extraction was practically painless, and I am very thankful that I had this done at Westbury Smile Center. My appointment started at 8:45, but I was back in the chair by 8:35. While the dentist was flossing my teeth, he also gave me recommendations on what to use for my teeth. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

Dr. Borgella’s office environment is very lively and nice. The people seem to enjoy their work and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr Reginald Borgella was very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. The hygienist was excellent and checked for things that my prior dentist did not check for gingivitis and other gum diseases. The office was very clean and modern with all the latest gadgets. They were able to do everything on site. After my recommendation, the whole Church plans to come to this Bronx office because they really care about their patients - God bless them!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Each and every time I come here to Shay Dental I am blown away. They are by far my favorite dental office in New York. Dr. Shay and all of his support staff are extremely diligent with the exam and talk you through the entire process. It’s nice to know what’s going on when you’re sitting in their chair. I really love this place. After all these years and so many dental offices, I finally found a dentist that I’ll go to forever. I needed a crown ASAP because I had one fall off. Not only was that a big inconvenience, but it also hurt. I didn’t want to go back to the dentist that did this one--I wanted a dentist who could put on a crown and it would stay. I found G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY., and I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Kalyanaraman has a very convenient booking system. The prices were reasonable, and they handled my insurance right away. Everything went smoothly. They treated me very respectfully and were well-organized and professional. Obviously, I hope that I will never need another crown, but if I do, I’ll be sure to have Dr. Kalyanaraman handle it. I recommended G. K. Raman DDS to all my family, colleagues, and friends.
