I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I’ve been to multiple dental practices. Thanks to bad genetics, I’ve had my fair share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful throughout the whole process. I initially came here just to get a second opinion and was so impressed that they didn’t even charge me for the X-rays they took so they could see the infected tooth better. Dr. Kaminsky sat with me for at least half an hour, discussing treatment options and prices. I was able to have the infected tooth and my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. I was unbelievably nervous, but I didn’t experience any pain. I’m grateful I didn’t have to be put under. That lowered the cost. Dr. Kaminsky had the best possible bedside manner, which truly is a rare find in dentistry.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

Dr. Sandhu genuinely listens to her clients’ concerns, making her one of the kindest dentists in New York. She recommends treatments but is never pushy. The prices are comparable to or better than other local dentists, and they work well with a variety of insurance companies. The hygienist is very kind and helpful. I’ll be returning for years to come.

While on the road, I had a dental emergency in Merrick, NY. I called to see if Dr. Mangiaracina would be able to see me before I continued on my journey. I am so thrilled that I came here. The receptionist is incredibly personable. Dr. Kaufman was extremely meticulous but patient when working on my teeth. He accommodated all of my needs. I recently went to Everlasting Smiles Dental for a regular teeth cleaning. My hygienist did the scaling on my teeth, and it was absolutely painless, which is so unheard of! This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. AMAZING DENTISTRY BY AMAZING PEOPLE!!! Dr. Isakharov is an exceptional dentist and the staff at Elite Dental is just outstanding! I was having a throbbing toothache from a cracked molar and was really dreading seeing the dentist. There was a little pinch from the numbing injection and then not a thing from the extraction. It was over before I could even freak out!! Sometimes you wonder about some of the reviews you read, but I assure these guys are on top of their game! A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. I get really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, so I have put it off for multiple years. During previous regular check-ups, my dentist would use topical anesthesia to numb my gums so that I wouldn't feel anything. At my first appointment with Dr. Azbel, I let the staff know about my extreme fear of dentists, even during a simple cleaning. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I normally would have opted for some music or a show as a distraction, but I didn't need to. I didn't even need the numbing. I was very impressed with how professional the staff is. They certainly know their stuff. I'm so grateful to have found such a capable dentist. I will be a regular patient. My teeth have never looked as good as they do after going to Lucky Dental.

I am thrilled to have become a new patient of Dr. Cukier. The Glendale Dental office is tidy and cozy. However, moving on the important things, Dr. Cukier spends a considerable amount of time reviewing my previous x-rays and offering a second opinion. Being nearly 60, I needed some work done, but I wanted an honest opinion. The other dentist in the Glendale area that I’d seen before said it was imperative that I get a tremendous amount of work done as soon as possible. However, Dr. Cukier said the x-rays show this work doesn’t need to be rushed. It can happen over time, and I’ll be fine. The rest of my family will be switching to this office too. I cannot recommend Dr. Cukier enough. If you’re seeking a true professional, look no further. I found him thanks to some online reviews, and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Sandhu at Queens Dental Care. The staff was very welcoming and sweet, and Dr. Sandhu was very thorough with her examination. She explained everything she was doing so I would know what was going on, and her assistant was quick and gentle while taking x-rays and doing my cleaning. I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Armstrong Dental Studio is very clean and they have the latest and greatest in technology in dentistry, including a massage dental chair. This team really cares about you, and they’re super friendly. They explain all treatment cost and the options for procedures thoroughly before they start working to help ensure your comfort. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I had such a great time at my first appointment with Shay Dental. My check-up and cleaning were with Dr. Shay. I appreciated the time he took to explain the situation with my teeth and gums; he was helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Shay also took time to explain and give advice on how to approach future dental procedures. The appointment really went smoothly. Finding out I had cavities was really the only bad part of the appointment. But these should be filled up with future appointments. The staff is really helpful and welcoming, and the office here in New York is clean and very nice.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Lerner's practice. My wife was suffering due to an impacted wisdom tooth and needed it extracted immediately.
