After over two decades in New York, I finally found a dentist I actually like. Dr. Lerner’s office is cozy and inviting. Unlike other dentists, he is efficient yet still devotes a great deal of time to his patients. I appreciate that he is honest, telling you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you on something that isn't actually necessary. Unfortunately, many other local dentists do this. I had a chipped tooth, which he fixed at a very affordable rate. Although his office is a bit of a drive for me, I am happy to travel knowing that I get such good care. I had done a lot of research prior to coming to his clinic, and none of the other dentists I interacted with were as kind. I can't say that I want to go back very soon because I don't necessarily like visiting the dentist, but when I do have to return, I will definitely be giving Dr. Lerner a call.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. Every part of the Shay Dental experience is positive. The friendly nature of the staff and doctor gives their patients a sense of ease and overall belonging. Dr. Shay works to foster a good relationship with his patients while still quickly attending to their needs. I have had multiple procedures done there, and every time he is very direct. They do not try to upsell you like many other businesses in New York. They do what needs to be done efficiently and honestly, with a real concern for their patients. My whole immediate family gets their work done there. The staff is very accommodating and efficient, especially when handling emergency situations. They also offer more specialist services in the office on certain days of the week, so you never have to worry about outsourcing other offices or services. The office workers are also very helpful financially. When insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, the staff doesn’t hesitate to explain the best course of action in paying off bills, and they are very understanding and realistic when it comes to what’s urgent and what’s not. They have been a huge help in paying for our dental procedures. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and I tell all my friends and family to use Shay Dental. The studio is well-kept and up-to-date, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and the work itself is perfect.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, she’s the best! Whenever we have dental emergencies we’re able to get in within a couple of hours. This place is awesome.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can't recommend Dr. Galdieri enough. They are such an incredible talent who is capable, professional and takes pride in all procedures. C K Galdieri replaced one of my teeth with an implant and did a great job. These implants are typically designed to last a lifetime and they treated the entire process as though he were replacing the tooth of their own local Elmwood Park family member. Dr. Galdieri and the entire C K Galdieri staff are awesome!

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. I don't normally post online reviews. However, I had such a positive experience at Dr. Murphy's practice, Radiance Dental, I knew I had to share it with everyone. I had neglected my dental health for a number of years but decided that it would become my priority through a New Year's resolution. I actually followed through with it. I was very nervous, but Dr. Murphy was comforting. She explained every detail about the procedure step by step. It was honestly the most painless cleaning I've ever had. She did a very comprehensive job, as there was a lot of work to be done. She then helped me arrange to have my two cavities filled and to fix two of my old seals. I don't have dental insurance, but they treated me very kindly. The prices at Radiance Dental are very affordable for an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. I am thrilled with the work that they have done for me and will continue to return for all of my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Murphy!

Dr. Khalil at Albert A. Khalil DDS gave me the best customer service ever! He saw me as a walk-in patient with no appointment. The last dentist who did my crown did a horrible job, so he took his time to remove all the cement, plastic, and gauze that the last dentist put in my mouth. He wouldn’t even let me pay for the services, buy his staff lunch, or accept my gift card. It’s dentists like Dr. Khalil that make me believe good people are still around. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in South River, NJ! I just wish he accepted my insurance - thank you for everything you did for me. I’m so thankful!

I saw a Dr. Kaufman today, the Saturday before New Year's Eve, without an appointment because I lost a crown last night. Granted, the crown was over 35 years old and had been done by another dentist, but I still needed it fixed. I expected to have a long wait, but the X-ray process was very efficient. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. Same result without all the radiation! Dr. Kaufman was so expeditious and accommodating. Thank you so much!

I hate visiting the dentist so much that I haven’t been in years, but when I finally decided it was time to come in I was very anxious when I came in for my first visit at Academy Dental in Hamilton, NJ. I’ve been having a lot of toothaches and wanted to see what was going on. The staff strived to make comfortable and were very kind. I was only in there for two hours, but they found the problem and fixed it right away. I had imagined that this would be just an assessment and then I would have to make another appointment to get the work done, but they were able to get it all done then and there. I went back a week ago for a cleaning and some fillings and everything was super easy. I'm so happy to no longer be in pain because of toothaches, and my teeth look and feel great.
