I had put off getting two crowns because I didn't have dental insurance for quite some time, but I finally decided that I needed to take control of my teeth. I did my research and got quotes from multiple local dentists. When calling a dentist, you can get a true feel for the atmosphere in the office. This is especially true if you tell them up front that you don't have insurance. The X-ray, teeth cleaning, and crown sizing experience was very prompt and painless. The crown setting process was also very efficient and painless. I found the staff to be incredibly personable and helpful. I will be recommending Dr. Lerner to all my friends who have also been putting off going to the dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I'll say it...THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN NYC!!! They have given me so many reasons to remain true. Here recently my husband had an emergency...was in severe pain. I went to Armstrong Dental Studio first thing in the morning and they took care of everything, even though he didn't have an appointment until the night before. They are so courteous and caring. We always have an amazing visit and always looking forward to the next time. Dr. Armstrong always seems so happy to see us and takes time to ask about how things are going. The front desk team is always very friendly and I have no clue how they remember all of our names. It just shows their dedication to customer service. I soooo adore this place!!! Check them out and you will not regret it.

I’m a former hygienist at Shay Dental, and I often found it strange that people would fly in to New York just to be treated by us. Now that I’ve moved away, I see that Dr. Shay’s talent and care are unmatched. I travel back myself for treatment, and I’m grateful that they always keep me smiling.

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I really love coming to G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY. The staff is always welcoming and makes me feel very comfortable. Their service is always punctual and efficient no matter what treatment you’re getting--teeth whitening, cleaning, fillings, etc. Whenever I have questions, they take the time to answer them and explain what to expect. The customer service there is fantastic.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can't recommend Dr. Galdieri enough. They are such an incredible talent who is capable, professional and takes pride in all procedures. C K Galdieri replaced one of my teeth with an implant and did a great job. These implants are typically designed to last a lifetime and they treated the entire process as though he were replacing the tooth of their own local Elmwood Park family member. Dr. Galdieri and the entire C K Galdieri staff are awesome!

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

What a great group of professionals! My experience at Queens Central Dental was awesome. As a first-time patient, I believe that I have found what I've been looking for right in my Jackson Heights backyard! Dr. Ames was very friendly and personable, and the dental hygienist, was very positive, upbeat, and informed during my teeth cleaning. Before my appointment, I had some issues concerning my teeth and Dr. Ames calmed me down, relieving me of those concerns. My teeth look great - I can smile again! Overall, the staff at Queens Central Dental are friendly, attentive, and provide the customer service that goes beyond expectational! I will definitely be back and spread the news.

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

Dr. Cukier is wonderful. I’ve been a patient for some time now and have the utmost faith in him. I’m not exactly the most trusting person in the world when it comes to doctors and dentists, so it’s nice to know that I can count on Dr. Cukier to look out for my best interest rather than his own. The staff at Glendale Dental is exceptional as well.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Azbel to work on my teeth for almost a year. I should have written this review sooner. I decided to switch dentists because I wasn’t satisfied with my previous one. That’s when I switched to Lucky Dental. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel like a valued patient. Unluckily for me, I had a lot of cavities, so I had to come back for additional visits, which means I’ve gotten to know Dr. Azbel and his staff quite well. Pros - The staff is incredible. They are all very nice and love their jobs. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’m usually called back right away. I don’t even need to sit down. They let you watch a movie while you get work done, which makes things go by faster. They are very efficient as is, but I love that you can watch a movie. It almost makes you forget you’re having dental work done. The parking is okay too. I highly recommend Dr. Azbel of Lucky Dental.

The last dentist I went to was pretty rude, so my opinion of Elite Dental might be biased a little bit. Having said that, I highly respect Dr. Isakharov and staff. I had some sores near the corners of my mouth that have bothered me off and on for the last couple of years. I had always treated them as cold sores, but Dr. Isakharov said no and gave me an over-the-counter treatment option that has cleared it right up. The cleaning technique was so gentle - no cranking my jaw open or twisting my neck around. The previous dentist hadn’t been nearly as considerate. Quite pleased with the service I received.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

Honestly, my first experience here was not the best; BUT you can really see the character of a place when things go wrong. Between the administrative staff and the medical staff, they were amazing. I have never had such a positive dental experience, these people, especially Dr. Sebold, care! I suppose things will not always go as planned but, I feel like here I can rest assured that either way I will be receiving the highest quality dental care right at home in Brooklyn .

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. Anyone in Rego Park should come to Dr. Thomopoulos!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Borgella DDS for anyone in search of any Dental needs. It is so challenging in the Bronx area to come across honest dentists who truly care for your health and well-being. I'm very glad I found Dr. Borgella and the staff at her practice. Dr. Borgella is so informed and lets you know in detail how every treatment goes from the start to finish, including what happens after - making you feel at ease. Let’s face it, if you don't ask, most places won't tell you – not here, they took the time to treat me right. I've gone in for a root canal (Dr. Borgella was very Gentle), crowns, fillings, regular cleaning and each time I've been treated with the highest quality of service and diligence. Dr. Borgella always goes above and beyond to make you feel very happy and ready for every procedure. A special thank you to the entire staff for making my dental visits the most incredible :)

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This review is waaay overdue! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Amir’s for a while now and I visit often. I was concerned about finding the right dentist when I moved to Brooklyn. Dr. Amir explains all of your options and is honest and professional. I think everyone working there is helpful and friendly. I have never waited for an appointment, which was an issue at my old dentist. If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr. Amir is it!!

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

This office is fantastic. Everlasting Smiles Dental runs so smoothly. Everyone’s competent and timely, and they all seem to love their jobs. They all know you and remember little details you tell them even though they haven’t seen you since your cleaning six months ago. The facility is gorgeous, and they have a lot of high-tech equipment that benefit your oral hygiene and health. If you’ve had problems at other dental offices, I highly recommend you check out Dr. Afridi’s office. They will change your perspective of getting dental work done. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. I wasn’t insured, and I don’t like people messing with my teeth. However, Dr. Babayev and the staff at BH Franklin Dental made me feel like a VIP. They were honest about my dental needs without trying to pressure me into extra, costly procedures. As others have mentioned in their online reviews, Dr. Babayev is great. She showed me illustrations to make everything easy to comprehend.

If you need dental work done, I highly recommend Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental. She is very intelligent, compassionate, meticulous, and extremely gentle. I appreciate the level of care she provides. I wasn’t in love with my old dentist, so I was thinking of switching anyway. I had just had it when they canceled my cleaning appointment for a second time because there was an issue on their end. But thank you to everyone on Doctors Network who recommended I see Dr. Khalil! I called their office yesterday and asked if I could get an appointment rather quickly. They got me in the same day to do xrays and an exam. I did have to go back today for my cleaning, but the fact that they could get me in so quickly speaks volumes about this practice! Dr. Khalil was very detailed with my exam and spent a considerable amount of time looking over my xrays. He said that while I had no cavities (yay!), I did need a deep cleaning (boo!). Albert A. Khalil DDS is a super clean and beautiful office that’s pretty close to where I work in South River. Welcoming staff. It doesn’t get any better than this at the dentist!

I've been going to the same dentist for as long as I can remember, but it was time for a change because my previous dentist started to only care about money and not the patient. After searching online, I found Dr. Richard Kaufman. I loved the reviews that he received, so I made my appointment and was beyond impressed with how well the receptionist handled my new patient info over the phone. At my appointment, I felt very comfortable talking about my dental history as well as my concerns. The hygienist took x-rays and then Dr. Kaufman came in to meet with me and discuss what he saw. I was relieved when he told me I had nothing to worry about. I just needed a routine cleaning. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are incredibly inviting. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the Uniondale, New York area. You will love Dr. Kaufman!

I found a dentist's office with which I am delighted. Dr. Rafya Sandhu is brilliant, friendly, skilled, and an absolute professional. She also treats the rest of her staff so well that everyone genuinely likes working there. The office is so modern and clean, with very competitive prices. Unlike other practices that try to push you into unnecessary work, this place is not one of those. They are incredibly punctual at Westbury Smile Center; they were able to get through with my cleaning and touched up an issue with bonding from a previous dentist that worked on my molar. They then polished them up and even smoothed out a chipped tooth. My wife is even switching to Dr. Sandhu, as Dr. Sandhu is much better than her current dentist.

Nobody actually likes going to the dentist. Personally, I detest x-rays because I have a strong gag reflex. Plus, I once had a traumatic experience at an out-of-state dentist. However, Dr. Mangiaracina and her staff make the process easy. My husband and I have been going here since we moved to Merrick. It’s the complete opposite of my previous experiences. The injections and procedures are less painful as well. The staff is very friendly. They know my husband and I by name and even remember what we talked about at our previous visit. I love Dr. Mangiaracina. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

They have TVs in all the rooms, I was able to watch my favorite movie while getting my teeth cleaned. I can tell the staff really love their job and enjoy working there.
