I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. My whole immediate family gets their work done there. The staff is very accommodating and efficient, especially when handling emergency situations. They also offer more specialist services in the office on certain days of the week, so you never have to worry about outsourcing other offices or services. The office workers are also very helpful financially. When insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, the staff doesn’t hesitate to explain the best course of action in paying off bills, and they are very understanding and realistic when it comes to what’s urgent and what’s not. They have been a huge help in paying for our dental procedures. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and I tell all my friends and family to use Shay Dental. The studio is well-kept and up-to-date, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and the work itself is perfect.

And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I continue to be amazed by Dr. Lerner and his staff. They go the extra mile to tend to their patients’ needs. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experiences at this clinic. I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. Overall, an incredible experience, highly recommend Dr. Borgella DDS in the Bronx .

She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!
