Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

The cleaning, exam, and x-rays were all done with such professionalism and skill. Dr. Sandhu is just incredible. Dr. Sandhu and the assistant do an excellent job keeping you relaxed. The doctor does a comprehensive job explaining everything. My experience during my extraction was practically painless, and I am very thankful that I had this done at Westbury Smile Center. If you are looking for a clinic that refuses to gouge you when it is not necessary and provide top quality of care, this is your place! Thank you for everything you do.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

The root canal I had last week was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had thus far. 1. I arrived 20 minutes early, but they took me back to the chair right away. 2. The staff listened to my concerns and dental history. Dr. Babayev didn’t make me feel guilty about my poor oral health. 3. The root canal took less than 45 minutes, 4. I didn’t experience any pain. 5. I have some genetic defects, but they expertly worked around these issues. 6. The procedure actually cost less than the quote I’d been given. The staff at BH Franklin Dental is great. There is very little staff turnover, which speaks volumes about how they operate their practice.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I came in on a Friday at 9:00 am with my dentures broken, and I had them fixed by 11:30 am on Saturday. It was phenomenal work. My dentures fit perfectly. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. No other dentist has offered this to me, and as a business owner, I really appreciate how well-managed and well-staffed the office in New York is. I didn’t just feel like a patient. I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

At the visit before my last one, my daughter was a newborn and couldn't be left alone while I was getting a mold done for a mouthguard and my wife was far away from Elmwood Park out of state for work. The team there didn't hesitate to take care of my daughter while they took my mold.
