I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. We first started coming to Elite Dental because it was on my husband's insurance list. We have continued going because Dr. Isakharov is kind, gentle, and professional. We’ve never had to wait long to get in and while everything is done thoroughly and efficiently, it’s also quick. We’ve even been in and out in less than 35 minutes for a regular cleaning and x-ray session. We both really like Dr. Isakharov.

The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. They too were very friendly, caring, and informed. They explained to me about what was going on with my teeth. I didn't have to ask a think, which was great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Borgella the whole staff at Reginald Borgella’s dental office. For a number of reasons, especially being afraid of the dentist, it had been WAY too long since I’d had an exam, and so I had to get some serious work done on my teeth. I visited the Bronx office over the course of several months to get everything completed. Each and every time, I was clearly informed about what was needed and the process, how much it would cost, and most importantly was welcomed and put at ease. I live far away, but driving to Dr. Borgella is worth it for the wonderful care that’s coming your way!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I love going to Dr. Kaminsky. He’s trustworthy and honest, not to mention gentle and personable. He did two rear fillings and filled a crack in 30 minutes. I wasn’t in any pain, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The prices are very reasonable. The friendly staff and convenient location make it even better. As someone who is known for their smile, I love how my teeth look thanks to Stuart Kaminsky DDS. He gives the best possible, and I look forward to seeing him every 6 months.

The staff is so helpful at Shay Dental and they make it super easy to make an appointment. I called but then realized the office was closed. The receptionist saw my number on the caller ID and called me back, without me even having to leave a message. How great!! The office is spotless and inviting. I had no trouble parking. It’s right across from the library. Shortly after I walked in, they took me back. I had already filled out my patient information since they had the form online. So helpful! It seems like they never have patients wait long which is good. In the past, I’ve generally had dental hygienists do the cleaning, but not here! Dr. Shay took care of it. He did everything from the cleaning to the x-rays and more! I’ve been debating oral surgery on the suggestion of another doctor, but Dr. Shay gave me his honest and straightforward opinion on it. I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. I continue to be amazed by Dr. Lerner and his staff. They go the extra mile to tend to their patients’ needs. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experiences at this clinic. Dr. Lerner even repaired some old dental work from a previous dentist simply because he knew it would help make me a bit more comfortable. I cannot think him and his staff enough. P.S. Dr. Lerner is incredibly gentle. Being in his dental chair was the first time I’ve ever been able to relax during a procedure.

If you need dental work done, I highly recommend Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental. She is very intelligent, compassionate, meticulous, and extremely gentle. I appreciate the level of care she provides. She is always checking on her patients’ comfort during procedures. On top of all that, she personally called me a few hours after my procedure was over to make sure that I was doing all right. I was referred to Dr. Amir by another teacher I work with. I was a little apprehensive about going, but she's been going here for a while and loves it. I was worried about scheduling the appointment around school hours, but they assured me they are good at maintaining their schedule and I would be in and out in one hour or less. No kidding! The staff there was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Amir even fixed a chip in my tooth right then. Perfect! X-rays, cleaning, exam, and a fixed tooth in exactly 58 minutes. Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

Like most, I hate the idea of dentists - you name it, it’s just the worst! That all changed today. I just got home from an appointment at C K Galdieri and could not wait to write this. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time.
