This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Plus, the staff all works well together, allowing things to run smoothly. After years of searching for a dentist with prices and great services, I decided to try Dr. Babayev. I appreciated her trustworthy nature, as she was very honest about what would and would not work for me. I wanted lumineers. Other dentists had told me I would be satisfied with only four lumineers, but Dr. Babayev disagreed. She said it wouldn’t be enough, and I likely dislike the results. I followed her advice and got the Lumineers. She was right. It was the best decision I could have made. I cannot tell you how much I love my teeth and how natural they look and feel. Dr. Babayev strives for the utmost customer satisfaction. I’m so happy I invested in my smile. I will be referring multiple friends to BH Franklin Dental.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Dr. Isakharov is a great dentist and the staff at Elite Dental is great. It's easy to schedule an appointment and I feel Dr. Isakharov cares about my dental health and isn't trying to push unnecessary services or procedures on me unlike other dentists in New York. Dr. Sandhu and her staff at the Westbury Smile Center are fantastic. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. I was given personalized care, and I felt that they respected me and my time. Thank you for a fantastic dental experience, Dr. Sandhu. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’m so glad I found Stuart Kaminsky DDS. Having been back for at least 5 appointments, I can honestly say that each time I left feeling clean. The staff is incredibly kind. They know their craft and don’t try to upsell you. Dr. Kaminsky is trustworthy and honest when recommending procedures and care. I personally love this level of honesty in a provider. My hygienist is great as well. She answers my questions and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I appreciate her patience. I never feel rushed when I’m in the chair. I definitely will be coming back for years to come.

Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. No other dentist has offered this to me, and as a business owner, I really appreciate how well-managed and well-staffed the office in New York is. I didn’t just feel like a patient. The dental assistants put me at ease thanks to their positive attitudes. Dr. Lerner explained the process to me in great detail. He explained that I would need two wisdom teeth removed and said that he could do it that day if I wanted him to. His confidence and reassurance comforted me, and I agreed. He did the procedure in less than an hour, and I didn't experience any pain. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Lerner for all my future dental appointments.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

I actually look forward to visiting their office, and I feel so lucky that I’ve found my dream dentist.

He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist.
