Dr. Mehran Azar graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. He then graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Sure, no one really likes going to the dentist, but the staff is great. It’s easy to feel at ease, even while they are working in your mouth. Dr. Stuart Kaminsky explains every part of the process rather than rushing through his explanations like some other dentists I’ve been to. The whole experience was very easy-going. I rarely get good news when I go to the dentists, which is part of the reason I hate going. I had gotten used to poor treatment. However, Dr. Kaminsky is not like that. Working with him has completely changed my opinion of dentists. I plan on going to him for all my future dental needs. His assistant is phenomenal too. She eased my anxiety and was very kind.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

As someone who normally fears all things dental, I am very relieved to have had such a great experience with Dr. Murphy. I was calm during the entire appointment. I appreciated that she took the time to go over each step of the procedure, explaining why it was important to have it done. She also performed a deep cleaning and started me on Invisalign. Also, Radiance Dental runs very punctually. Plus, they have great hours for someone who frequently works late in Scarsdale.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

As a patient, I had an unbelievable experience at Dr. Sandhu’s office! She is so personable, caring, and willing to answer any questions you have. I was pretty unhappy with my previous dentist and came to her office in Westbury, NY when a friend recommended her. I walked into Westbury Smile Center, and I was immediately treated like a family member. They informed me that I needed a small procedure to correct an issue. They explained everything to me step by step, and I was comfortable the entire time. I left with a smile on my face. Everyone that took part in my procedure had an excellent chairside manner. The office is very modern, and they offer quite a bit in the lobby to keep you comfortable. Parking has always been pleasant for me. I still tend to get such a top quality experience. Dr. Margaret Drozdowski Maule attended St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn, NY where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then went to the University of Connecticut School of Dental medicine where she earned her graduate degree in 1998. In 1999, she completed a residency training program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the same school. In 2002, Dr. Drozdowski Maule joined the Community Health Center and served as the agency's Chief Dental Officer between the years 2005 and 2014. During this time, she oversaw many technological advances and agency expansions, as well as the operations of the dental department. She was named one of the "40 under 40" outstanding graduates of the University of Connecticut in 2008. By 2011, she graduated from the Johnson School at Cornell University with an MBA degree.

Dr. Drozdowski Maule opened Family Dentistry of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT in 2019 and realized that her passion in life is patient care. To ensure that her patients receive high-quality dentistry, she frequently attends continuing education courses and has completed over 70 hours of dental sleep medicine seminars. I was having some tooth pain, so I needed to go see Dr. Kaufman. My appointment was at 3 p.m., and I was seen in less than 15 minutes. The assistant was incredibly personable and very helpful in showing me the correct way to floss and how to prevent my gums from bleeding. Dr. Kaufman and the ortho specialist were both great. They answered all my questions and took the time to find out exactly what the source of my pain was. I am so thrilled to have found this office.

However, Dr. Mangiaracina and her staff make the process easy. My husband and I have been going here since we moved to Merrick. It’s the complete opposite of my previous experiences. Dr. Mangiaracina is incredible! She is personable and really knows how to put people at ease. The staff has lots of solutions for doing x-rays with ease. The injections and procedures are less painful as well. The staff is very friendly. They know my husband and I by name and even remember what we talked about at our previous visit. I love Dr. Mangiaracina. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I thought my jaw may have been misaligned or that my teeth had been caving inward - things I thought were leading to me stretching my jaw. I believed the solution was something expensive like Invisalign or breaking my jaw somehow for realignment. It turned out I just needed a tooth resurfacing, which was the reason for my jaw issues! I went out to Dr. Borgella DDS initially because they had great reviews local to Bronx and offered Invisalign. What ended up happening was I saved a bunch of money and switched over to them with Dr. Borgella as my primary dentist! I'll be referring my fiancé to use them, in addition to all my friends and family. They are friendly, genuine, caring, and also offer great availability options for those that have tough work schedules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I’m so lucky to have found this dentist. Dr. Wert is very friendly and easy to talk to. The dental staff is very kind. The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. I plan on being a patient here for the rest of my life and would recommend everyone else to this place as well.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, but I just had my first filling ever done. I almost made it 25 years without one. Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. They go things done fast, clean, and I had zero pain during the whole thing. I love this place, and look forward to having them as my forever dentist in Corona, Queens.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. Dr. Shyam Shivareddy is prepared to give professional guidance and advice to anyone who asks, and is always welcoming new patients to his practice. After earning his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery, Dr. Shivareddy entered the DDS program at New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree. Since then, Dr. Shivareddy has been a strong believer in continuing dental education courses. He also volunteers 15 days each year to providing dental services to underprivileged people, free of charge.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I have been a patient at Dr. Sandhu’s office for three years and highly favor the staff. My dental hygienist is very caring and helps me take superior care of my teeth. Going in with a mouthful of silver fillings, I was worried how Dr. Sandhu would react; however, Dr. Sandhu shows a constant level of care and professionalism at every visit. I have been going to Lucky Dental in Rego Park, NY for quite a while now. I have been to a few different offices in the area, but none of them have been able to compare to Dr. Azbel. Everyone at this clinic has been so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me comfortable during my visits, from cleanings to complex procedures. The gift bags they give after cleanings I tend to keep at my office, it makes for a great emergency stash. I have never been pushed into unnecessary work, and they always use top notch technology. They are very meticulous and gentle. The staff actually keeps up with me and asks about my family. They noticed a change in my paperwork and that I now wear a wedding band, and have frequently asked how everything is going. I cannot recommend this office enough.

My experiences have been exactly on par with the 5-star reviews: great service, incredible staff, and comfortable environment. The office staff along with Dr. Rosen have done an excellent job in creating a positive and calm experience; I do not think that I have come across a staff member that has not been helpful, joyful, or comfortable to be around. There might be other less expensive practices out there, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Rosen offers fair prices and quality work.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They don’t always require appointments, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re here. I recommend it to all searching for a good dentist in Maspeth, NY. Can't go wrong here.
