Dr. Mehran Azar graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. He then graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed a General Practice Residency program at Hackensack University Medical Center. During his education, Dr. Azar earned the Ash. B. I love going to Dr. Kaminsky. He’s trustworthy and honest, not to mention gentle and personable. He did two rear fillings and filled a crack in 30 minutes. I wasn’t in any pain, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The prices are very reasonable. The friendly staff and convenient location make it even better. I woke up a few days ago with an awful pain coming from my wisdom teeth. Since I am new to the Scarsdale, NY area, I turned to online reviews to attempt to locate a competent dentist. Ironically, Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental was just down the road from me and seemed to have a ton of great reviews. I made my appointment and came in within two hours of my phone call. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment, and they got me back within the time it took for me to complete my paperwork. I was ushered back and immediately was seen by the x-ray technician. That process only took a few minutes. Lastly, Dr. Murphy just has an incredible personality. She is so friendly, upfront, and punctual. She goes out of her way to save you money by trying to stay within the limits of your insurance. The hygienist was very thorough and patient, and my teeth and gums have never felt better. I recommend this office to everyone I come across.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

Dr. Margaret Drozdowski Maule attended St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn, NY where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then went to the University of Connecticut School of Dental medicine where she earned her graduate degree in 1998. In 2002, Dr. Drozdowski Maule joined the Community Health Center and served as the agency's Chief Dental Officer between the years 2005 and 2014. Thanks to genetics, I have inherited a severe class III bite, and honestly speaking, Dr. Kaufman is the best dentist I've been to regarding the situation. Going to Dr. Kaufman has inspired me to take better care of my dental health. I will be a patient of his for as long as he is practicing. best of all, his prices are very affordable, and he works with you if there are financial issues so that you can get the treatment that you need. in addition to my special bite, I have a bunch of other dental needs. Dr. Kaufman has gone the extra mile to help me improve my smile. You can't beat the service you received from Dr. Kaufman. He is one of the best in New York!

It’s great to get your teeth cleaned here. The hygienist is professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mangiaracina is an exceptional dentist. My wife and I have had positive experiences every time we’ve been. This morning, I had a cavity/filling work and didn’t experience any pain whatsoever. That’s a first in my 50 years of experience. The entire staff is remarkable. They conduct themselves professionally and the office is clean and inviting. I’m glad to have found Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. I highly recommend her practice.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

A friend referred me to Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental. I’m so glad I took her advice because Dr. Babayev was the best! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My comfort was their top priority, and my teeth look great thanks to them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! So long as I live in Bronx, I will definitely be back for any future dental work.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Without the incredible front office staff, I probably would not have stayed today. I’m so happy I’ve overcome my fear of the dentist and would recommend her to anyone in Franklin Square, NY.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Dr. Ames treats our family of four including the recent addition of elementary school aged children who previously went to a pediatric dentist. The youngest required her first filling (and shot, yikes!) this week and Dr. Ames and staff at Queens Central Dental distracted her, cheered her up, and, believe it or not, there was not a sighting of even a single tear! They showed her their tools and explained in an age-appropriate way what they would do. They were even patient and answered all her questions. She was kept comfortable and laughed during the visit in spite of arriving at the office right in Jackson Heights. Personally, I've been a patient for over a year and am completely satisfied with the tooth repair I got a couple months back. I appreciate that all transactions are handled by the office staff so any billing inquiries are addressed firsthand, no need to reach out to a third party with any questions.

I came here after putting off going to the dentist for a long time. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Isakharov was great, very thorough and helpful. I liked that they used current technology for x-raying my teeth. Dr. Isakharov was nice and really made me feel comfortable when I found out I have several cavities now. My treatment plan was explained to me and I’m now on my second visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Isakharov and Elite Dental.

Dr. Shyam Shivareddy is prepared to give professional guidance and advice to anyone who asks, and is always welcoming new patients to his practice. After earning his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery, Dr. Shivareddy entered the DDS program at New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree. Since then, Dr. Shivareddy has been a strong believer in continuing dental education courses. He also volunteers 15 days each year to providing dental services to underprivileged people, free of charge.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Dr. Rosen is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The people that manage the office are impeccable, and they treat you like a family member and remember your name. I first came to his office after a year and a half of neglecting my teeth. I ended up needing a lot of work done. I was referred elsewhere for my root canal, due to the specifics of it, but I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Rosen. I try to go back to the dentist sooner than the usual six months to try and better manage my situation. The staff here are so accommodating; at one point I asked for a pillow, and they happily obliged. It’s a small office, and the team always seems to stay the same, which in my mind means it's probably a great place to work. They offer incentives when you refer a friend, and they offer deals on social media. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They don’t always require appointments, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re here. I recommend it to all searching for a good dentist in Maspeth, NY. Can't go wrong here.

I found Glendale Dental through a friend. This was the first time I’ve actually felt comfortable with a dentist. I recently needed a new upper denture made. I’d had the previous one for 26 years. I appreciated how detail-oriented Dr. Cukier was. He made sure that it fits properly and that it aligned correctly. My former dentist passed away, and I was skeptical that I’d find another one who was as good as him. I certainly didn’t think I’d ever feel so comfortable with a dentist again, but I was wrong.
