A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Dr. Patoliya and his staff at Advanced Dental Designs are amazing! One of the staff members even drove me to and from my osseous surgery! During the operation I had a few days ago, everything went as planned. I felt little to no pain because they gave me anesthesia, and they made sure I stayed warm during the whole surgery. You can tell Dr. Patoliya really cares about his patients. He even met me at the office on a weekend to look at my gum when I thought my gums separated from the stitches (thankfully, it was just a blood clot).
