I’m terrified of the dentist, so I’d rather do just about anything else. Though I still don’t like going to my dental visits, Everlasting Smiles Dental is the best dentist near me, and I’ve been to a lot of them! In my previous experiences, I either discovered a fantastic staff with a horrible dentist or a great dentist with a terrible hygienist and office staff who made you feel like a burden. But Dr. Afridi’s dental practice is the best of both worlds. The staff is so friendly and kind, and the super-professional hygienists put your comfort first. The receptionist/bookkeeper always helps me navigate my insurance and what I owe as well as scheduling appointments. All the great reviews are true. Though I did wait a little bit, I’ve had to wait longer at other places, and I guarantee they only made me wait because patients weren’t coming in on time, which will push back all the other appointments after it. Or maybe Dr. Afridi was tending to an emergency and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of. I would happily wait a long time if needed just to get the high level of service and dental care this place has to offer, knowing that once I get in the dental chair, they won’t rush me out to keep on schedule. I had a pretty bad experience at my last clinic, so I decided to give Westbury Smile Center a try for my extraction. Westbury, NY is a bit of a drive for me, but I believe it's definitely worth the trip. I regret making my last choice of a dentist based on the closest office to me, but I will definitely be going to see Dr. Sandhu for now on. The office is immaculate, child-friendly, and everyone there is very personable. They made my usual nervous self fear free while visiting this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the support staff hidden in the back is so welcoming and kind. They call you back before you hardly have a chance to sit down. The cleaning, exam, and x-rays were all done with such professionalism and skill. Dr. Sandhu is just incredible. Dr. Sandhu and the assistant do an excellent job keeping you relaxed. The doctor does a comprehensive job explaining everything. My experience during my extraction was practically painless, and I am very thankful that I had this done at Westbury Smile Center. If you are looking for a clinic that refuses to gouge you when it is not necessary and provide top quality of care, this is your place! Thank you for everything you do.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Dr. Stuart Kaminsky is a fantastic dentist and an absolutely wonderful person. He doesn’t pressure you to pay for services you don’t really need, and his prices are fair. He also takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with each procedure so that you feel at ease. He answers all your questions. I appreciate that he truly cares. He doesn’t just pop in to say hello and then leave. More than that, his staff is friendly and also treats you like you’ve been a lifelong patient even if it’s your first visit. I’ll always recommend Dr. Kaminsky to anyone in the Syosset area looking for a quality and honest dentist.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I've had three different services done at Elite Dental: basic cleaning, filling, and root canal. My expectations were exceeded all three times. None of it was painful, not even the root canal. Dr. Isakharov and the staff are professional, patient, and courteous. I highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Today my crown came loose and I found out my insurance didn't auto enroll me this year. Not only did I get a same day appt at Queens Central Dental, but after the dental review I was offered three options with different costs – all within my price range. I ended up with a new crown and bought the dental insurance offered right there. I really appreciated how the procedures were explained to me. It’s clear that Dr. Ames is very knowledgeable and provides great patient service. I didn't wait at all when I first arrived. About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! So long as I live in Bronx, I will definitely be back for any future dental work.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I am delighted with Dr. Rosen. This has to be the most excellent dental clinic I have been to in my whole life. Everything is so clean, and the environment promoted in this office is so fun loving. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

My mom was actually the one who first recommended I go see Dr. Howard J. Lerner. She is very sensitive when it comes to dental work. The first pinch of pain is enough to make her very anxious. Dr. Lerner is the only dentist she will go to. Having been to Dr. Lerner for multiple appointments and procedures, I can honestly say that whether you get something simple or something very complicated done Dr. Lerner does an excellent job. He provides an efficient yet pain-free experience. One time, I was in such unbearable pain that I felt like I was going to faint. It took Dr. Lerner less than 7 minutes to remove the three teeth that needed to be extracted. Like I said, he is incredibly efficient, and even though it was of a more complicated procedure, I didn't feel a thing. The office is very clean and well-decorated. They provide adequate entertainment as well. The entire staff is very fun to be around, and they are incredibly inviting. By the end of my first appointment, I felt like we were all old friends. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lerner and his New York, NY practice!

Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

C K Galdieri has an amazingly friendly staff. Clean and well organized just begin to describe office. Dr. Galdieri did my exam and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me the REAL truth about my dental health. I'm glad I didn't believe those other frauds in Elmwood Park who claimed I needed $15k worth of work. Dr. Galdieri said I didn't need any of the things that those others said I would need – no upsells, straight forward and incredible service.

I’m really afraid of going to the dentist, so I hadn’t gone in about a decade. A few years ago, however, my teeth were starting to hurt, so I knew I needed to see a dentist. I went to Albert A. Kahlil DDS in South River, NJ to get a wisdom tooth pulled, a root canal, cavities filled, a tooth crown, and another tooth extracted. My friend recommended Dr. Kahlil, so that’s why I wanted him to do the work. Turns out, part of my tooth was still in my gums, which is why I was still in pain. I called their office on a Monday, went in the next day for xrays and the extraction, and then went back in on Wednesday for a cleaning. On Wednesday morning, Dr. Kahlil called me to see how I was, which amazed me and shows he cares about his patients. Plus, the tooth extraction went well, and the only pain I felt was from the numbing needle. The hygienist who did my teeth cleaning was so lovely! She didn’t judge me at all and made it a stress-free experience! I had very little pain (it hurt a little because of my cold sensitivity), so it was pretty fantastic! My teeth look so much better than the did when I first walked in. Thank you! I need to return so that Dr. Khalil and I can figure out a treatment plan, but if I have any updates, I’ll post another review!
