They do walk-ins and you can schedule an appointment. They offer multiple types of sedation to make you as relaxed as possible. Dr. Grinberg is nice and gentle. They provide a wide arrange of services so you won’t have to go anywhere else. They’re truly the best.

I've been going to another dentist for YEARS prior to making this switch and I must say, that the old dentist was losing his touch. Just a cleaning, in and out in fewer than 20 minutes… my teeth still did not feel too clean. My mom told me to go to Queens Central Dental in Jackson Heights and see Dr. Ames. Upon meeting them, they were all personable and funny, making going to the dentist quite enjoyable. End of the day they were thorough and efficient. They are now working with me for my braces and orthodontic care. My chompers are looking fly.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I had the first appointment on the next day, and she was able to give me a root canal and replace a tooth in time for me to meet my family for lunch and enjoy my time in Franklin Square. She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. I noticed the main office has expanded, which makes sense due to the incredible environment she promotes and the level of professionalism she works with.
