Dr. Margaret Drozdowski Maule attended St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn, NY where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then went to the University of Connecticut School of Dental medicine where she earned her graduate degree in 1998. In 1999, she completed a residency training program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the same school. In 2002, Dr. Drozdowski Maule joined the Community Health Center and served as the agency's Chief Dental Officer between the years 2005 and 2014. During this time, she oversaw many technological advances and agency expansions, as well as the operations of the dental department. She was named one of the "40 under 40" outstanding graduates of the University of Connecticut in 2008. By 2011, she graduated from the Johnson School at Cornell University with an MBA degree.

Dr. Drozdowski Maule opened Family Dentistry of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT in 2019 and realized that her passion in life is patient care. She serves on their peer review council, access to care committee, the strategic planning committee, and is the chair of the finance committee. She has received additional training in sleep apnea and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Stanton worked in Westchester County at a private practice, as well as the Veterans Administration Medical Center in New York City before opening his own private practice in New Milford. After earning his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery, Dr. Shivareddy entered the DDS program at New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree. Since then, Dr. Shivareddy has been a strong believer in continuing dental education courses. They were able to get me in straight away and tell me what to take in the meantime. I chose to fix my chipped front teeth after a few crowns and root canals. I got a ton of compliments on the job they did. After years of sheepishly hiding my smile in public, I really love how my teeth look. I've been back several times since seeing Dr. Perry. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally.
