This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. I called the office earlier that morning and was able to be seen in less than an hour. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. They did an X-ray and consulted with me, showing me my X-rays and how the infection had spread. Dr. Cukier prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Borgella is one of the NICEST, most friendly dentists in Bronx . Dr. Borgella has an exceptional staff and awesome dental assistants too, they are so sweet and fun! I easily forget that I'm in the dentist chair with all the jokes in the air. Dr. Borgella takes the time to talk to you and gets to know all of the patients equally. More than being an exceptional dentist, Dr. Borgella was even voted with positive ratings across review platforms! You will get a comfortable and relaxed feeling here because you can tell they really love dentistry at the core! She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. I noticed the main office has expanded, which makes sense due to the incredible environment she promotes and the level of professionalism she works with. I hardly even sat down before I was called back, and I was seen by the dentist a few minutes later. If you aren’t delighted with your current dentist, you should give this office a try.

I happened upon them recently and was here in their Elmwood Park office for the second time today, their personal approach still blows me away. Had an awesome time at Dr. Frank Perry’s office over in Medford. Office was great, gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Very nice. Everyone there was welcoming and outgoing. Dr. Khetani is a fantastic dentist! I only got a routine cleaning, but she called me to make sure everything was okay and that my gums were feeling alright. Amazing! What dentist does that?
