I'm very satisfied with my experience at Dr. Lerner's office. The staff was very charismatic and the technology was very high-tech. While I have to wait a little bit to get called back, it really wasn't that big of a deal. However, if I was to rate the experience out of 5 stars, I take one away because of the delay. That being said, the rest of the experience was wonderful. We’ll see how things go when I come back to get a wisdom tooth removed. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I don't normally post online reviews. However, I had such a positive experience at Dr. Murphy's practice, Radiance Dental, I knew I had to share it with everyone. I had neglected my dental health for a number of years but decided that it would become my priority through a New Year's resolution. I actually followed through with it. I was very nervous, but Dr. Murphy was comforting. She explained every detail about the procedure step by step. It was honestly the most painless cleaning I've ever had. She did a very comprehensive job, as there was a lot of work to be done. She then helped me arrange to have my two cavities filled and to fix two of my old seals. I don't have dental insurance, but they treated me very kindly. The prices at Radiance Dental are very affordable for an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. I am thrilled with the work that they have done for me and will continue to return for all of my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Murphy!

C K Galdieri is top notch. Today was my first visit and WOW IT WAS INCREDIBLE. Dr. Galdieri and the staff were knowledgeable, informative, and super nice. I had the pleasure of working with two dental hygienists that were just as great as the front desk staff that greeted me. I decided to have a quick cosmetic thingy done on my tooth; Dr. Galdieri did such a fantastic job that I almost began to cry. When I was in serious pain and my regular dentist couldn’t see me, I gave Dr. Perry’s office a call and they were able to get me in the next morning. The entire appointment went by quickly and I didn’t feel hurried at all. I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit and I had no pain either! The staff are all polite and caring, and none of them, even Dr. Perry, try giving you a load of crap about needing to buy specialty items or procedures.
