I called the office in Scarsdale, NY, and they were able to get me in the next day at the time I needed. When I showed up, the staff called me by name when I approached the front desk and assisted with my check-in. The team as a whole are so, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working for Dr. Murphy. The dental hygienist did such a great job with my cleaning, and I was then fitted for a mouth guard and scheduled to come back for a filling, which was so small that it didn’t require novocaine. This office is just awesome, and Dr. Murphy was the highlight of the experience. I’m thrilled I found your office, and I’ll be referring this clinic to everyone that asks! Thank you!

I have a fear of dentist offices and anything relating to dentistry. I have avoided dental work I've needed done for years. This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Sure, no one really likes going to the dentist, but the staff is great. It’s easy to feel at ease, even while they are working in your mouth. Dr. Stuart Kaminsky explains every part of the process rather than rushing through his explanations like some other dentists I’ve been to. The whole experience was very easy-going. I rarely get good news when I go to the dentists, which is part of the reason I hate going. I had gotten used to poor treatment. However, Dr. Kaminsky is not like that. Working with him has completely changed my opinion of dentists. I plan on going to him for all my future dental needs. His assistant is phenomenal too. She eased my anxiety and was very kind.

She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. I loved the reviews that he received, so I made my appointment and was beyond impressed with how well the receptionist handled my new patient info over the phone. At my appointment, I felt very comfortable talking about my dental history as well as my concerns. The hygienist took x-rays and then Dr. Kaufman came in to meet with me and discuss what he saw. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. At the visit before my last one, my daughter was a newborn and couldn't be left alone while I was getting a mold done for a mouthguard and my wife was far away from Elmwood Park out of state for work. The team there didn't hesitate to take care of my daughter while they took my mold. In addition, Dr. Galdieri has always been very engaged with the well-being of patients' families, and always show interest in the most recent family adventure.
