Was better than okay though; C K Galdieri made me feel SO comfortable and walked me through each step one by one. I was put at ease right from the get-go; everyone is so warm and caring. The team at C K Galdieri is absolutely great! They are honest and caring. I am very picky with my dentist, but I am so at ease with C K Galdieri since I know I can trust them completely, more than anyone else in the Elmwood Park area. I know a lot of people feel nervous about going to the dentist, but with Dr. Galdieri and the team at C K Galdieri, I feel so so comfortable! I highly highly recommend C K Galdieri for everything from the simplest to the most complex procedures. They are #1!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. Shay Dental is one of the best and it is highly recommended by me (and my kids!) . We've been coming here to Dr. Shay for many years and they have never disappointed us with anything. They keep a clean office and they have intelligent, compassionate workers here doing their best to keep you happy every time. I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist in 6 months. I went to Queens Dental Care after receiving a promotional flyer and reading some online reviews. I had an X-ray and comprehensive exam, including a consult with Dr. Sandhu. I received a referral to an oral surgeon and was able to book a cleaning. The hygienist used an anesthetic agent because I have very sensitive gums. The clean, cozy office and kind staff made this place worth the visit. I've been to see Dr. Amir twice and both times were fantastic experiences. The first time was a dental emergency (broken tooth) and I got in right away. The staff and Dr. Amir were kind and considerate, made me feel totally comfortable and didn't do anything before discussing the cost and options with me first. I have been to dentists before that get real pushy about extra services you didn't ask for or don't need and ended up with an astronomical bill. Not like that with Dr. Amir at all! The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell she was really concerned about my overall health. She fixed my broken veneer, which was just a cosmetic issue but repairing it really boosted my confidence. She also offered to check out the rest of my mouth. She said there were some fillings I really needed, and she really took care of me. She didn’t just fix my veneer and say goodbye, but she also didn’t push any treatments onto me either. She was so patient and answered every question I had.
