I took a slight hiatus from the dental office due to my own laziness, not due to a bad experience. I scheduled back with Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental at her Scarsdale, NY office. She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. I noticed the main office has expanded, which makes sense due to the incredible environment she promotes and the level of professionalism she works with. I hardly even sat down before I was called back, and I was seen by the dentist a few minutes later. If you aren’t delighted with your current dentist, you should give this office a try.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

The office is very modern, and they offer quite a bit in the lobby to keep you comfortable. Parking has always been pleasant for me. I still tend to get such a top quality experience. Dr. Kaufman makes it fun to go to the dentist. He's incredibly sweet and makes it a point to get to know each of his patients. Before going to Dr. Kaufman's clinic, I went to a small dental office nearby for my regular check-ups. My uncle started to go to Dr. Kaufman and he recommended that I give it a shot as well. Now my entire family goes to Dr. Kaufman! The staff is very kind. They accommodate all your needs and go above and beyond to help you. Plus, I was able to finally get my teeth whitened, and I absolutely love the results. The experience was entirely pain-free and absolutely worthwhile. I had a little bit of anxiety going into it, but I had no reason to be nervous. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman to anyone in the Uniondale, New York area.

He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. I can honestly say I love Dr. Borgella DDS! I have been seeing Dr. Borgella for 3 years and have referred friends and neighbors - really anyone who has asked in the Bronx area. They treat everyone as though we are family and they even had a baby shower for me when we adopted our daughter. The dentists are caring and gentle and do a wonderful job in partnership with their hygienists and techs. Five stars simply aren?t enough!

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.
