it looks like the third time was the charm for me. I had had two other dentists who did a very poor job. That's what I discovered Dr. Murphy through my insurance directory. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

Dr. Borgella simply went above and beyond, they are that amazing. Boy have I learned a lot about other dental offices in the Bronx region. After going to several other dental offices in 2016 I vowed to change my insurance back just so that I could come back to Reginald Borgella DDS and it was the best decision ever. Their staff is professional, kind, informed, and friendly. They know what they're doing and are honest about what's going on with your dental health. As a great example, the dental office I went to three months ago told me I had 4 cavities that needed fillings; here I was told that I only had 2 small ones. I just got back from filling those 2, without lidocaine and without pain! A seamless experience - I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Borgella is the dentist you want to go to. Where the other dentists just wanted to slap on a nightguard, they did a thorough assessment and showed me better options, even figuring out the main cause of my tmj, that other dentists/orthodontists didn't realize before. Making appointments at Dr. Borgella’s is a breeze and those staff at the front desk are so great. Everyone working here makes you feel cared for and truly does what they can to make you comfortable. The waiting room is also super comfy and relaxed.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Thanks to everyone at Queens Central Dental, especially Dr. Ames. I drive all the way to Jackson Heights for the exceptional care for me and my family get at this incredible dentist. From the front desk to the hygienist, everything is incredible. Dr. Ames treats me like I'm a queen. The staff is so nice that I actually look forward to the visits! My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

In my opinion, most dental offices aren’t worth 5 stars, but Queens Dental Care is the best in Jackson Heights. Convenient location and clean, cozy office are a plus. The staff is personable, and they never keep you waiting more than 10 minutes. Compared to other dental practices, that’s very punctual. I was able to get an appointment a few days from when I called. Dr. Sanhu and her assistant are informative. They helped make the experience as comfortable as could be. I’m thrilled to have found my family dentist. I’ll be back in 6 months for a checkup and cleaning.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I don’t think there are enough good things I could say about Dr. Shay and his staff at Shay Dental! When I cracked a tooth, they were there and got me in very fast. Dr. Shay, of course, took care of it perfectly, and he is my only dentist now. They all do a great job of explaining all the details to you and very straightforward with costs. They are all so amazing and the best in New York!

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I adore my new dentist, Dr. Sandhu. She is very friendly, experienced, and very upfront. Westbury Smile Center’s staff at Westbury, NY made me comfortable and answered all of my questions. And then they presented my options to me and the price ranges, which was a first for me. There were plenty of parking spaces, which is nice considering the ara. I have enjoyed all of my visits to Lucky Dental! This office in Rego Park, NY lead by Dr. Azbel has such a family friendly environment. The staff makes this office feel so warm, and everyone is so willing to help you. The office is excellent, and they allowed me to watch some shows on my phone to ease my anxiety. I don’t think I have ever experienced such a quality dental clinic like this before. They are also pretty modern.

I found Dr. Howard Lerner after reading online reviews. We needed a dentist that would be able to see us on the weekend, as it was very difficult to accommodate appointments for my son during the school week. We had wanted to switch from our pediatric dentist because he is a teenager and is very grateful to have found Dr. Lerner and his staff. The hygienist who did the cleaning was incredibly gentle and made sure to explain everything that she was doing, which made my son feel at ease. Dr. Lerner was very friendly during his exam and even complimented my son on his teeth. I appreciated that they weren't pushy about taking x-rays after I explained that I preferred to wait. I also received a discount. Parking was very convenient. We have found a new dentist for my son!

It is sometimes difficult to find a dentist office in the Glendale area that has convenient hours for busy people. Glendale Dental is that place, which is why I love them. They have a fantastic team of professionals. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Cukier did a very efficient job. I had minimal soreness and was on my way to recovery in no time. They truly deserve a perfect rating. I’ve been a patient here for over a year and a half, and I intend to continue to have all my dental needs fulfilled here. Keep up the excellent work!

If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are comfortable. It’s very easy to schedule appointments. Everyone is kind and easy to talk to. I am highly satisfied.

After searching online, I found Dr. Richard Kaufman. I loved the reviews that he received, so I made my appointment and was beyond impressed with how well the receptionist handled my new patient info over the phone. At my appointment, I felt very comfortable talking about my dental history as well as my concerns. The hygienist took x-rays and then Dr. Kaufman came in to meet with me and discuss what he saw. I was relieved when he told me I had nothing to worry about. I just needed a routine cleaning. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are incredibly inviting. Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. When I was in serious pain and my regular dentist couldn’t see me, I gave Dr. Perry’s office a call and they were able to get me in the next morning. The entire appointment went by quickly and I didn’t feel hurried at all. I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit and I had no pain either! The staff are all polite and caring, and none of them, even Dr. Perry, try giving you a load of crap about needing to buy specialty items or procedures. But thank you to everyone on Doctors Network who recommended I see Dr. Khalil! I called their office yesterday and asked if I could get an appointment rather quickly. They got me in the same day to do xrays and an exam. I did have to go back today for my cleaning, but the fact that they could get me in so quickly speaks volumes about this practice! Dr. Khalil was very detailed with my exam and spent a considerable amount of time looking over my xrays. He said that while I had no cavities (yay!), I did need a deep cleaning (boo!). Albert A. Khalil DDS is a super clean and beautiful office that’s pretty close to where I work in South River. Welcoming staff. It doesn’t get any better than this at the dentist!
