I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. I called Dr. Sandhu’s office this afternoon. I was actually parking in front my regular dentist’s office, but they couldn’t schedule me for an appointment today. I spoke to the kind staff of the Westbury Smile Center the office, and they scheduled within the hour. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sandhu was so kind and personable. I have braces, so she discussed, in detail, how to properly brush, which I had not previously been informed of. She then gave me this cream for the demineralization of my teeth due to my braces. I left with a little dental care package. Thankfully, I didn’t need any additional work done besides the cleaning, but this will be my dentist from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend the Westbury Smile Center in Westbury, NY!

I have never been a massive fan of dentists, but Dr. Rosen at Cedarhurst, NY has changed my perspective. His office staff is so personable; the space itself is so comfortable. Everyone we came across at this office is kind, and the clinic is so organized. They are so punctual; you hardly have to wait in their comfy waiting room.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Plus, Dr. Mangiaracina is reasonable; she doesn’t try to pressure you to get unnecessary services. She is very honest about all your options. I’ve already recommended that my friends and family switch to Dr. Mangiaracina.

After completing my antibiotics, Dr. Isakharov did my root canal. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It went very well and I'm going back to finish the rest of my work. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Dr. Isakharov was gentle, didn’t rush anything, and told me what to expect about the recovery process. I’m grateful Dr. Sandhu is my regular dentist. I’m so pleased with the level of service that I referred my elderly uncle. They have treated him with such kindness. He needed treatment for an infected rear tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule us immediately. Dr. Sandhu was very kind, informing him about every step of the process. From the time we called to the time we left, it only took two hours. You can’t ask for anything better than that. Thank you Dr. Sandhu for such great service.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

The way her staff greets us when we walk in the door to the moment we check out it feels like a family. And, they are always so punctual. We started out with the x-ray tech, who was very personable and kept us smiling with his jokes. You just cannot ask for better staff. The hygienist has to be the best in Scarsdale, NY. They took a few extra minutes to go over my habits and how to improve my dental health at home. If you haven't been by this location, do yourself a favor and do so. You will love how clean and well organized this dental practice is.

I had absolutely no issues with the front office staff at C K Galdieri, as they were truly quite pleasant and friendly. The office itself is nestled in Elmwood Park , and I didn't have to wait long on arrival and got to meet the incredibly sweet Dr. Galdieri. I am the worst patient when it comes to dental procedures. I had my top wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and needed A LOT of anesthesia because I can feel most everything. Both Dr. Galdieri and the wonderful staff were so incredibly understanding with me and I spent the entire appointment laughing and cracking jokes with them (even though I was drooling half the time). They took their time to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I let them know if I was ever feeling uncomfortable. The procedure didn't take long and it went by quick with zero issues. C K Galdieri is such an incredible business and I just couldn't help but come and leave a review because I had such a top-tier experience. Thank you, Dr. Galdieri!

Dr. Khalil replaced my crown because another dentist didn’t fit it properly. Because of that awful crown, food would get stuck in the gap, so I had a lot of infections over the past few years. Dr. Khalil did a fantastic job replacing my crown. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and everything feels great. He did such an amazing job that my husband will be seeing him soon, too! Albert A.
