My previous dentist in Syosset intended to charge me 50K for the work. That’s wasn’t in my budget. So, I went to Dr. Kaminsky. He recommended other options that were nowhere near as expensive. I appreciated being given a less expensive alternative. I’ve never had a dentist actually care about my financial needs and not try to upsell me. I felt very comfortable. After having been bombarded with bad dental experiences, I was relieved to finally find a dentist that didn’t discourage me. Dr. Kaminsky has multiple positive online reviews. I can see why. He offered to come in on his own time. It was my front teeth, and he didn’t want me to wait. I’m so glad I called them. I’ve found a dentist I can trust. They also open early. Their hours are really good, which is a bonus for someone with a busy job. I can’t wait to update with a picture of my brand new smile.

Dr. Kaufman makes it fun to go to the dentist. He's incredibly sweet and makes it a point to get to know each of his patients. I appreciated her trustworthy nature, as she was very honest about what would and would not work for me. I wanted lumineers. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. I have been going to Lucky Dental in Rego Park, NY for quite a while now. I have been to a few different offices in the area, but none of them have been able to compare to Dr. Azbel. Everyone at this clinic has been so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me comfortable during my visits, from cleanings to complex procedures. The gift bags they give after cleanings I tend to keep at my office, it makes for a great emergency stash. I have never been pushed into unnecessary work, and they always use top notch technology. They are very meticulous and gentle. The staff actually keeps up with me and asks about my family. They noticed a change in my paperwork and that I now wear a wedding band, and have frequently asked how everything is going. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’ve been a patient of Shay Dental for several years, beginning in 2009. I first met Dr. Shay during an emergency visit for a root canal. I saw him because my other dentist said I needed to wait a week for an appointment. I could tell they cared about me and my condition, and they saw me within 15 minutes. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Dr. Lerner is the best dentist I could ever ask for! Initially, I went to Dr. Lerner for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Using local anesthesia, he removed two of my wisdom teeth while I was still awake. He also let me request the music I listened to during the procedure. I chose some rock music that he also enjoyed! I didn't have any pain during or after the surgery. I didn't even need to take any pain medication! I did take one over-the-counter pain killer after the procedure, just in case, but I didn't have any swelling or complications. I was even able to go back to my regular eating habits within 24 hours of the surgery. Dr. Lerner is an absolute genius when it comes to dentistry. His staff is equally as awesome. The receptionist welcomes patients in a way that makes them feel important. The prices were very fair, especially given the exceptional performance. Thank you Dr. Lerner and team for the best possible wisdom tooth extraction experience I could have asked for.
