If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are comfortable. It’s very easy to schedule appointments. Everyone is kind and easy to talk to. I am highly satisfied.

It feels a little odd to rate my dentist like other services, but I do think Dr. Rosen is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been his patient for a few years now. You can ask for the noise canceling headphones if you are having a more extended procedure. I have visited with all the hygienists at this office in Cedarhurst, NY. They all have a great sense of humor and do such a great job. Dr. Rosen will sit down and explain the process to you as deep or shallow as you want, and never appears to be in a rush. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. Dr. Borgella simply went above and beyond, they are that amazing. Boy have I learned a lot about other dental offices in the Bronx region. After going to several other dental offices in 2016 I vowed to change my insurance back just so that I could come back to Reginald Borgella DDS and it was the best decision ever. Their staff is professional, kind, informed, and friendly. They know what they're doing and are honest about what's going on with your dental health. As a great example, the dental office I went to three months ago told me I had 4 cavities that needed fillings; here I was told that I only had 2 small ones. I just got back from filling those 2, without lidocaine and without pain! A seamless experience - I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Borgella is the dentist you want to go to. Where the other dentists just wanted to slap on a nightguard, they did a thorough assessment and showed me better options, even figuring out the main cause of my tmj, that other dentists/orthodontists didn't realize before. Making appointments at Dr. Borgella’s is a breeze and those staff at the front desk are so great. Everyone working here makes you feel cared for and truly does what they can to make you comfortable. The waiting room is also super comfy and relaxed.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I went to Dr. Lerner's office for a check-up, cleaning, and filling. It was the best dental experience I've had to date. I don't usually write online reviews, and I never expected to write a review of a dental office, especially considering I am not exactly a fan of dentists.
