I recently moved to Levittown, NY, but after doing my research I am happy I found a great dentist. Island Smile Dental is great. The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. I have a feeling I made the right choice, simply based on the great dental care I received so far.

I chose to try out this practice based on positive online reviews. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time, but I do try to take good care of my teeth by brushing and flossing. I was wowed by the level of respect I received from Dr. Kaminsky. Neither he nor his staff tried to pressure me into getting expensive treatments. They discussed necessary concerns, namely my wisdom teeth and what the process would be like to eventually have them removed. They were very thorough and cared about my comfort. The typical lack of concern some dentists show for this was why I stopped going to the dentist in the first place, so I was relieved that they took the time to make sure I was okay. They also have all the latest technology. After having such a wonderful experience, I booked another cleaning. Asides from my wisdom teeth, I got an A+ for my oral health. I highly recommended Dr. Kaminsky Edit - 7/18/17: I chipped my tooth, and it was digging into my cheek. I was scheduled to leave town the next morning. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. I had an X-ray. They cleaned up the sharp edge, and I was ready for my trip. They didn’t even charge me! I love the quick, friendly treatment. They are really concerned with long-term client relationships. Great!

I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

I am so impressed with Dr. Rchard Kaufman. I suppose I am one of those rare people that likes to go get their teeth worked on. For me, nothing feels better than having clean teeth. I also like knowing that when I go to Dr. Kaufman's office I will be dealing with a highly-skilled dentist and personable staff. They do great work and work very closely with your insurance provider. it's a very stress free dental practice located in Uniondale, NY. I will be a patient for life!

What more can I say about Dr. Mangiaracina? I’m not a patient of hers, but I have become acquainted with her through multiple seminars and CE courses. I admire her professionalism and commitment to the field of dentistry. She willingly gives advice, and I strive to match her passion and caring bedside manner.

Today, Dr. Afridi did my root canal, and he was extremely detailed, friendly, and gentle. I had some issues numbing up, but he took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He said we were a team working towards the same outcome, and everything went well. The office staff and dental assistant were amazing, too. I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I can honestly say I love Dr. Borgella DDS! I have been seeing Dr. Borgella for 3 years and have referred friends and neighbors - really anyone who has asked in the Bronx area. They treat everyone as though we are family and they even had a baby shower for me when we adopted our daughter. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. They get busy though, so make sure you book your appointments in advance. I highly recommend Dr. Shay… he is great and you will be pleased with his work.

Wow!! This place is wonderful The staff is personable and kind. I’ve put off going to the dentist for a long time, but I finally came when I was having pain in one of my back teeth. I needed a root canal with a crown. Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, Brooklyn, NY explained how everything would go and why it was important to get it done. Everything turned out great, and I am no longer having any pain because of that tooth. I have to go back in about a week or two to finish up the treatment, and I’ll continue going to Dr. Kalyanaraman’s office for my cleanings and other dental work. Thank you so much, Dr. Kalyanaraman! All of your staff members are incredible!
