I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella’s Bronx office has honed both the technical and personal skills needed to make a dental visit amazing.

Have been a patient at C K Galdieri in Elmwood Park for a couple of years and have always enjoyed the service! Pleasant experiences are mainstay, from check-in to departure. I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can't believe I am writing a review about a dentist. I have always had a dislike for the dentist and was nervous and anxious each time I had a dentist appointment. No longer since going to Queens Central Dental. After visiting several dentists in the Jackson Heights area and not being completely satisfied, I decided to look new options. I went through my insurance, who recommended Queens Central Dental and offered to make an appointment for me. After reading the excellent google reviews, I made the appointment and wow, what a great first impression!! The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful and takes whatever time is needed to not only explain your benefits but make sure you understand. So far, I have had a cleaning, filling for a giant cavity, and a root canal. Everything was painless, even though I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years - I did not need to use any pain medication (Rx or over the counter). Dr. Ames performed the dental work and was very professional – making me feel at ease, explaining what was being done, and what to expect thereafter. Everyone - front desk, dental hygienist, medical staff and doctors - are great and has made visiting the dentist great!

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I had a very nice experience here, which I’ve found to be very rare at a dentist office in Midtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised at how great they are here. I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care. They make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during procedures by giving you headphones. I can’t wait to show my husband this place and recommend it to all my friends.

I am probably the worst patient. But when I found Dr. Shay and Shay Dental right here in New York, I feel so much more comfortable on my trips to the dentist. Dr. Lerner and his staff are incredible. They became my dental practice after I had my wisdom teeth removed here. One day, I came in because I was in a lot of pain. They discovered that I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and that I needed a root canal. I decided to look elsewhere to see if I could find a lower price. However, after searching multiple dental offices, I realized that I would not find anything that compared to Dr. Lerner. I went back for the recommended care and have been very satisfied with the results.

I love the beautiful office and awesome staff. The hygienists are gentle when cleaning. Dr. Kaminsky and his staff pay attention to detail, which some dental practices seem to forget. For example, they remind you about your appointments in advance and don’t make you spend an eternity in the waiting room. While they do offer cosmetic services (whitening, straightening, even an oral cancer screening,) they don’t bother you if you decline.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. Dr. Cukier and his staff are amazing. I’ve been to Glendale Dental for two emergency treatments, and they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cukier is wonderful. He knows his craft and works efficiently. I had little to no pain for either procedure thanks to Dr. Cukier being good with a needle. I highly recommend Dr. Cukier. I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. I wasn’t insured, and I don’t like people messing with my teeth. However, Dr. Babayev and the staff at BH Franklin Dental made me feel like a VIP. They were honest about my dental needs without trying to pressure me into extra, costly procedures. As others have mentioned in their online reviews, Dr. Babayev is great. Dr. Richard Kaufman is one of the nicest dentists there is. He has a great practice in Uniondale, New York. I appreciate that he explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He patiently answers all your questions and concerns. I find Dr. Kaufman to be very gentle and approachable; he puts my nerves at ease. Parking is very convenient. Even if you're coming from out of town, his service is worth the trip!

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I’m new to Brooklyn and finding a dentist has been overwhelming. Dr. Kalyanaraman was recommended to me by a coworker. I hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while, but Dr. Kalyanaraman was very personable and put me at ease. Dr. Kalyanaraman is passionate about his work, and his office and dental staff are as well.
