When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

Like most people, I don't really like going to the dentist. My fear of the dentist has kept me out of the dental chair for a number of years. However, I grew fed up with the appearance and health of my teeth. So, I decided to turn to Dr. Kaufman after a friend referred me. That was three years ago. I now have a completely different perspective on dentistry. I love my smile and no longer need to be pushed to get the procedures done that I require. Dr. Kaufman is very honest and efficient. Even after I switch to a cheaper dental plan, he was still willing to work with me to make sure that my needs were met. They offer pretty flexible appointment times, and you barely have to wait. However, even if there is a small wait, it's worth it. It's nice to know that I have found a doctor who truly cares about my oral health and making sure that the costs are reasonable. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I adore my new dentist, Dr. Sandhu. She is very friendly, experienced, and very upfront. Westbury Smile Center’s staff at Westbury, NY made me comfortable and answered all of my questions. And then they presented my options to me and the price ranges, which was a first for me. There were plenty of parking spaces, which is nice considering the ara. I definitely recommend this dental practice!

I’ve been a patient at multiple dental clinics, and while they were good, Dr. Babayev is the absolute best. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. They are very efficient but don’t rush. Dr. Babayev was kind, and the hygienist expertly answered my myriad of questions. I asked a lot of questions, but she didn’t mind at all. The receptionist explained the payment options very well. The dentist, hygienist and staff at Everlasting Smiles Dental are all so considerate and warm. They explain everything from how they do a procedure to the cost to my treatment options. They make sure they do what I want before working on my mouth. I still don’t love going to the dentist, but Dr. Afridi makes it so much better. If you live in Glen Oaks, give them a call.

I’m so glad Dr. Stuart N. Kaminsky DDS and his staff were able to fit me in for an appointment today. They did wonderful work with my cleaning, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

I’d been struggling with a very painful infected tooth for multiple days. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Cukier. I called the office earlier that morning and was able to be seen in less than an hour. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. They did an X-ray and consulted with me, showing me my X-rays and how the infection had spread. Dr. Cukier prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller. He sent me home to rest, and I went back a week later to have the tooth worked on. Dr. Cukier had a wonderful attitude. He was so friendly and professional. I can't believe I am writing a review about a dentist. I have always had a dislike for the dentist and was nervous and anxious each time I had a dentist appointment. No longer since going to Queens Central Dental. After visiting several dentists in the Jackson Heights area and not being completely satisfied, I decided to look new options. I went through my insurance, who recommended Queens Central Dental and offered to make an appointment for me. After reading the excellent google reviews, I made the appointment and wow, what a great first impression!! The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful and takes whatever time is needed to not only explain your benefits but make sure you understand. So far, I have had a cleaning, filling for a giant cavity, and a root canal. Everything was painless, even though I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years - I did not need to use any pain medication (Rx or over the counter). Dr. Ames performed the dental work and was very professional – making me feel at ease, explaining what was being done, and what to expect thereafter. Everyone - front desk, dental hygienist, medical staff and doctors - are great and has made visiting the dentist great!

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are highly-skilled, kind, and they genuinely listen to their patients. I have been to multiple dentists who tell me what they I need to do without asking my goals. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I was looking for a dentist closer to work so that I can use my lunch hour or go immediately after work to get the treatments. I found Dr. Kalyanaraman on the internet. He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

I was referred to Dr. Amir by another teacher I work with. I was a little apprehensive about going, but she's been going here for a while and loves it. I was worried about scheduling the appointment around school hours, but they assured me they are good at maintaining their schedule and I would be in and out in one hour or less. No kidding! The staff there was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Amir even fixed a chip in my tooth right then. Perfect! X-rays, cleaning, exam, and a fixed tooth in exactly 58 minutes. Dr. Amir is now my dentist, by the way.

Each and every time I come here to Shay Dental I am blown away. They are by far my favorite dental office in New York. Dr. Shay and all of his support staff are extremely diligent with the exam and talk you through the entire process. It’s nice to know what’s going on when you’re sitting in their chair. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Dr. Lerner and his staff are incredible. They became my dental practice after I had my wisdom teeth removed here. One day, I came in because I was in a lot of pain. They discovered that I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and that I needed a root canal. I decided to look elsewhere to see if I could find a lower price. However, after searching multiple dental offices, I realized that I would not find anything that compared to Dr. Lerner. I went back for the recommended care and have been very satisfied with the results.

Now my friends and I actually look forward to our checkups and cleanings. The staff here are so friendly, and everyone at each step of your visit seems to genuinely care for their patients. One of the hygienists joked with me during the entire cleaning which calmed my nerves. Dr. Murphy has completely changed my perception of a dentist office. I can't recommend Dr. Galdieri enough. They are such an incredible talent who is capable, professional and takes pride in all procedures. C K Galdieri replaced one of my teeth with an implant and did a great job. These implants are typically designed to last a lifetime and they treated the entire process as though he were replacing the tooth of their own local Elmwood Park family member. Dr. Galdieri and the entire C K Galdieri staff are awesome!

My friend referred me to Dr. Khalil at Albert A. Khalil DDS in South River, NJ. My friend saw him for an emergency tooth extraction, and he has been bragging about his awesome dentist ever since! I’ve been looking for a new dentist anyway because my usual one is retiring. I’m so happy I found Dr. Khalil! He and his hygienists are awesome at their jobs. Not too long ago, I needed all of my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I was pretty anxious. But Dr. Khalil made everything go much better than anticipated! He made sure I was relaxed before he began and told me what he was doing step by step. He extracted all four teeth in record time and ensured that I experienced no pain. Afterwards, he called me to follow up and remind me of my aftercare. A few days later, he called me again to ask how I was doing. I was truly amazed! He treated me more like a friend, not just another patient! The front office staff was very considerate and warm. I have a hectic work schedule, so I always need to schedule my cleanings at the last minute or switch my appointment time, which they’ve had no problem with at all. If you need to switch to a new dentist, make sure it’s to this practice!
