She still does training for herself and her staff to make sure they always have updated information, which keeps her office at the top of its game. When I got there the Patient Care Coordinator (what an awesome title) made me feel very comfortable. She went through a more detailed explanation of how my dental plan in Mesa Dental Care would work with the procedures that were going to be done. Then I met the doctors, who were even more friendly and professional than they were over the phone, which I didn’t think was possible. They walked me through the whole procedure and explained why photos and x-rays of my mouth were necessary. I think they could tell I was nervous and that I needed all the information they gave me in order to be reassured. I’ve had Mesa dentists who don’t answer my questions or tell me I need procedures that I really didn’t need, they just want to get more out of me. Dr. Nia didn’t do that. I usually hate dentists, but I’m very happy with this place’s work. I completely trust, and would recommend them to anyone, they really know their stuff.
