Dr. Elizabeth is a proud graduate of the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree, before going on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Following her dental education, she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force, where she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.

During her nine years of active duty, Dr. Elizabeth had the opportunity to serve in diverse and impactful roles. She was the command dentist on a humanitarian mission to El Salvador, worked as a White House Social Aide to the President, and traveled globally as a combat medic, providing care to those who protect and serve our nation. After completing her military service, she returned to private practice and now serves as a managing partner at Arrowhead Family Dentistry. Dr. Elizabeth also continues to serve her country as a reservist in the United States Air Force.

A native of Phoenix, Dr. Elizabeth is thrilled to practice dentistry in the community where she grew up. From a young age, Dr. Eric Wendelschafer was instilled with a strong work ethic, growing up in a family deeply rooted in the commercial construction industry. He spent much of his youth working alongside his family, learning the satisfaction of hands-on work and the value of dedication and craftsmanship.

Dr. Wendelschafer’s interest in dentistry was sparked during high school when he had the opportunity to shadow oral surgeons his mother worked for. It was then that he realized he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry. He never shied away from a challenge. As a student athlete, he earned a track scholarship while balancing the demands of studying, training, and working part-time installing metal roof panels in the Arizona heat. His determination led him to pursue a degree at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where he graduated and then gained practical experience in a corporate dental setting in Mesa.

In time, Dr. Wendelschafer took over at Great Smiles Dental Care when the previous doctor retired, and he has since been dedicated to providing the communities of Surprise, Sun City, and beyond with healthy, beautiful smiles. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve their goals of good oral health and a fulfilling life through personalized, quality dental care. I’ve been a patient at Adrian Pulkrabek DDS in Glendale, AZ for a long time and have always experienced the best service ever. They always call me to remind me about my appointments and accommodate my crazy (always-changing) schedule. The office is nice, and they always check me in quickly with virtually no wait times. The hygienist is incredible, and Dr. Pulkrabek always thoroughly checks my teeth. The office manager smiles at me and chats me up a little before I leave. I’ve been to this dental office a lot and recommended them to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you for the excellent service!

I hope everyone reads my review because I'd like for Dr. Gandhi and the team at Dentistry at Greenway to get recognition everywhere. Omg, they are amazing!! I had a terrible toothache, radiating pain all over the right side of my face. I scheduled an appointment, got there early and didn’t even have to wait! Dr. Gandhi was very thorough and explained everything clearly. The staff was amazingly nice, every single one of them. I felt so comfortable with what was being done, even when I learned my tooth needed to be removed. I mean, I was scared because I was in so much pain when I went in, but the extraction itself didn’t hurt at all. My tooth was out in like 10 minutes. I was SHOOK! I thought it would be a long, painful process but it was short LOL! Dr. Gandhi was very professional and precise. I recommend Dr. Gandhi to EVERYONE!

My first time here I came in because I had intense teeth and gum pain. After x-rays and a consult with Dr. Owens, he was able to do a quick bite adjustment and I had no pain. I hate going to the dentist, but these people were great, and the service was wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Peoria area.

I've been a patient here for 5 years now. The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable. I have to give a special shout out to the assistant, she’s absolutely wonderful. They let you listen to music to help you get distracted from the work they’re doing on your teeth if it makes you anxious. They even give you a card with your next appointment date on it. I couldn't believe it. I love this place so much that even if I have to move at some point in my life I plan on making my bi-annual appointments here, even if I have to fly to Phoenix.

Dr. Pulkrabek did an amazing job redoing my teeth - it was painless and executed perfectly! They look absolutely incredible, and I’m so glad I can say Dr. Pulkrabek did it all! The staff at Family & Cosmetic Dental in Phoenix, AZ are rock stars, and I think everyone needs to go to them as a patient at least once to experience it for themselves. Thomas & Thomas Dental has an incredible dental team! They’re so kind, compassionate, helpful, and smart. I was terrified to have some work done, but Dr. Thomas went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Since he did the procedure, I’ve experienced absolutely no pain in my troublesome tooth. I will be going to Dr. Muscato and his staff for all my dental needs in Phoenix, AZ until the day I die, and highly recommend other people to do the same. I started coming to him for my dental needs 3 years ago after having been to a couple other dentists around town. Dr. Muscato is the greatest dentist I’ve ever been to. He listens to and respects his patients. He will gladly answer any of your questions or concerns, he’s very patient. He’s done fillings and crowns for me, and I’m very happy with his work. His staff, including the hygienists and receptionists, are great. They’re very friendly.

My friend recommended Mesa Dental Care and Dr. Nia and her hygienist a couple months ago, and I finally made an appointment the other day. They were very friendly on the phone, answered the questions I had about my discount dental plan that I signed up for in office, and they got me scheduled for the next week. When I got there the Patient Care Coordinator (what an awesome title) made me feel very comfortable. She went through a more detailed explanation of how my dental plan in Mesa Dental Care would work with the procedures that were going to be done. Then I met the doctors, who were even more friendly and professional than they were over the phone, which I didn’t think was possible. They walked me through the whole procedure and explained why photos and x-rays of my mouth were necessary. I think they could tell I was nervous and that I needed all the information they gave me in order to be reassured. I’ve had Mesa dentists who don’t answer my questions or tell me I need procedures that I really didn’t need, they just want to get more out of me. Dr. Nia didn’t do that. I usually hate dentists, but I’m very happy with this place’s work. I completely trust, and would recommend them to anyone, they really know their stuff.

Dr. Kunthara and the rest of the staff at Simon Dental Care in Mesa are very kind and knowledgeable. A couple years ago I moved back from college where I had a previous dentist in Phoenix. This place let me come in as a transfer patient and was very thorough in their explanation of everything. They went through my treatment plan, asked me what my goals for my teeth were, took molds and casts of my current teeth, and just overall have been very thorough. I did research and I found a lot of options, but ultimately went with this place, and I’m glad I did. You can tell how much these people love their jobs by the high quality of work they do. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and family, trying to convince my family to drive a couple extra miles to come to Dr. Kunthara. She adjusted a wire for me the other day and then she called me later that day to make sure I wasn’t in any pain and that I didn’t have any questions. I’ve never seen any other dentist do that, and so that’s why I wrote this review. They truly have excellent customer service, they’re like no other place I’ve ever been to, and that’s why I have to recommend this place.
