I’m new to Brooklyn and finding a dentist has been overwhelming. Dr. Kalyanaraman was recommended to me by a coworker. I hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while, but Dr. Kalyanaraman was very personable and put me at ease. Dr. Kalyanaraman is passionate about his work, and his office and dental staff are as well. The office operates so efficiently, filing the insurance forms electronically and handling all the paperwork:) He is also eco-friendly. I love that!

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I found Glendale Dental through a friend. This was the first time I’ve actually felt comfortable with a dentist. I recently needed a new upper denture made. I’d had the previous one for 26 years. I appreciated how detail-oriented Dr. Cukier was. He made sure that it fits properly and that it aligned correctly. My former dentist passed away, and I was skeptical that I’d find another one who was as good as him. I certainly didn’t think I’d ever feel so comfortable with a dentist again, but I was wrong. I’d refer friends and family to Glendale Dental without so much as a second thought.

About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

My husband and I had our first appointments at Queens Dental Care today. We were both impressed by Dr. Sandhu as well as the reasonable pricing and pain-free experience. Queens Dental Care in Jackson Heights, NY will be our new regular dental practice.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

My first visit to Elite Dental was an emergency. My partially erupted wisdom tooth had swelled the whole right side of my face. Ugh! I was miserable and scared. I had no idea how my appointment would go when I walked in, but I was very pleasantly Surprised. The waiting room was inviting, the staff friendly and sympathetic, and Dr. Isakharov got me all fixed up very quickly. I had thought it would be a lot more painful, but it really wasn’t! And let me tell you, I don't like to feel pain! It was all over before I knew it. I highly recommend this place to anyone living near Rego Park! I plan on going back to them for regular care.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Queens Central Dental delivered hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and friendly. Dr. Ames is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need, and they take into consideration all of the special circumstances you bring to light. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. The hygienist should win an award for how well they explain everything and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone in the Jackson Heights area do before. No surprise sharp pokes or stretching your mouth out. End of the day - a fantastic experience! No need to fear going to the dentist, you may just look forward to it!

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, but I just had my first filling ever done. I almost made it 25 years without one. Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. I am so excited to report that I have found my regular dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Lerner's office. Everyone on staff is so sweet! Typically, when I would go to the dentist, I would experience pain from all the poking and prodding and would end up with a massive bill for fillings or crowns. However, Dr. Lerner is different. I got an implant, and it was done in just 10 minutes. I felt no pain whatsoever. That was an absolute first for me. I have never had a painless dental visit in my life. The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. She had such a great personality--making me laugh and easing my anxiety. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Shay has been my dentist for the last 3 years. My husband and brother are patients now too. We really like how professional and friendly the staff is, it is a nice change of pace for New York. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. They get busy though, so make sure you book your appointments in advance. I highly recommend Dr. Shay… he is great and you will be pleased with his work.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

He even went over my X-rays. I felt very content in my decisions and the vibes the staff gave; there is no pressure to get anything fixed right away. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

The staff at Dr. Borgella’s is friendly and very on top of their game, especially Dr. Borgella. My cleaning started at early as did my daughter's a couple days back. Super friendly, personable and easy to work with.

I was having some tooth pain, so I needed to go see Dr. Kaufman. My appointment was at 3 p.m., and I was seen in less than 15 minutes. The assistant was incredibly personable and very helpful in showing me the correct way to floss and how to prevent my gums from bleeding. Dr. Kaufman and the ortho specialist were both great. They answered all my questions and took the time to find out exactly what the source of my pain was. I am so thrilled to have found this office.

Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Afterwards, he called me to follow up and remind me of my aftercare. A few days later, he called me again to ask how I was doing. I was truly amazed! He treated me more like a friend, not just another patient! The front office staff was very considerate and warm. I have a hectic work schedule, so I always need to schedule my cleanings at the last minute or switch my appointment time, which they’ve had no problem with at all. Dr Frank Perry was highly recommended by a good friend, and from evaluation to recommendations and cleaning, I was very pleased with the whole experience.
