They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Being nearly 60, I needed some work done, but I wanted an honest opinion. The other dentist in the Glendale area that I’d seen before said it was imperative that I get a tremendous amount of work done as soon as possible. However, Dr. Cukier said the x-rays show this work doesn’t need to be rushed. It can happen over time, and I’ll be fine. The rest of my family will be switching to this office too. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

A few hours ago, I discovered Dr. Perry's office for my fiancé who required an urgent root canal. They're extremely polite, knowledgeable, kind and fantastic at what they're doing! I likely got on their nerves because I asked a hundred questions throughout the appointment and even took charge on my Fiancé’s behalf. They didn't seem to be disturbed one bit, though. Many dentists don't even do molar root canals, but we were lucky! My fiancé and I are so thankful for such a fantastic dentist here in Medford and grateful for Dr. Perry.
