I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I didn’t want to like the staff at BH Franklin Dental because if I did, I wouldn’t have an excuse not to go back. It’s been over 5 years since I have actually gone to a dentist. I wasn’t insured, and I don’t like people messing with my teeth. However, Dr. Babayev and the staff at BH Franklin Dental made me feel like a VIP. They were honest about my dental needs without trying to pressure me into extra, costly procedures. As others have mentioned in their online reviews, Dr. Babayev is great. I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

Before my appointment, I had some issues concerning my teeth and Dr. Ames calmed me down, relieving me of those concerns. My teeth look great - I can smile again! This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I had terrible tooth pain, and my left cheek swelled up. It was seriously the size of a softball. I’ve had bad past experiences, so it took a lot of pain for me to be willing to do in. I found Grand Smile Dentist by searching the yellow pages. Everything about the appointment was smooth from the start. Dr. Panev told me that I had a severe infection in my tooth that went all the way down to the gum. I had already had a root canal done by my previous dentist. I didn’t want to go through that ordeal with the same tooth, so I decided to have it removed. I assumed an implant would be cheaper in the long run. Dr. Panev helped me relax during the whole appointment. I told him I was pretty afraid of dentists, so he trod very lightly. He gave me frequent updates throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable. I don’t have dental phobia anymore, and Dr. Panev had gained a new regular patient.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

I’ve been a patient of Shay Dental for several years, beginning in 2009. I first met Dr. Shay during an emergency visit for a root canal. I saw him because my other dentist said I needed to wait a week for an appointment. I could tell they cared about me and my condition, and they saw me within 15 minutes. They made a great first impression on me with their attentiveness and caring. Even though I’ve moved away from New York since then, I always travel to this dentist office. I adore the staff there. Even my 12 year old daughter loves this office. This office is great at cleaning kid’s teeth and other parents notice.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

In order to understand why I love the G.K. Raman DDS practice so much, you have to know my dental history. I had a deep cleaning that left me in a lot of residual pain. I changed jobs and insurances, so I decided to switch to Dr. Kalyanaraman’s practice after reading positive online reviews. His office was conveniently located in relation to where I live, and they accept my insurance. I made an appointment for a checkup and to discuss Invisalign. I barely had to wait after filling out the paperwork. The staff was incredibly kind and personable. I’ll be going back for a cleaning next, not a deep cleaning though. I even received a little bag of treats, including mouthwash and chapstick!. I highly recommend this Brooklyn dental practice. I can’t wait to return.

Dr. Perry and his employees are amazing. 2 years ago, I inadvertently came across them when I urgently required a root canal. I left a message and I was called straight back by Dr. Perry. They were able to get me in straight away and tell me what to take in the meantime. I chose to fix my chipped front teeth after a few crowns and root canals. I got a ton of compliments on the job they did. After years of sheepishly hiding my smile in public, I really love how my teeth look. I've been back several times since seeing Dr. Perry. They remember my name even! I live without a car in the city, so it takes a little longer to get to the office across Medford, but it's worth the time it takes to get there. I strongly suggest them-you're not going to be unhappy!
