This is especially true if you tell them up front that you don't have insurance. The X-ray, teeth cleaning, and crown sizing experience was very prompt and painless. The crown setting process was also very efficient and painless. I found the staff to be incredibly personable and helpful. I will be recommending Dr. Lerner to all my friends who have also been putting off going to the dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Shay Dental is one of the best and it is highly recommended by me (and my kids!) . We've been coming here to Dr. Shay for many years and they have never disappointed us with anything. They keep a clean office and they have intelligent, compassionate workers here doing their best to keep you happy every time. The office manager helps out so much with dealing with insurance issues and scheduling. Best dentist in NY!

I'll say it...THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN NYC!!! They have given me so many reasons to remain true. Here recently my husband had an emergency...was in severe pain. I went to Armstrong Dental Studio first thing in the morning and they took care of everything, even though he didn't have an appointment until the night before. They are so courteous and caring. We always have an amazing visit and always looking forward to the next time. Dr. Armstrong always seems so happy to see us and takes time to ask about how things are going. The front desk team is always very friendly and I have no clue how they remember all of our names. It just shows their dedication to customer service. I soooo adore this place!!! Check them out and you will not regret it.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Sandhu is an excellent dentist. She is kind, informative, and truly cares about her patients. She never makes you feel silly for asking questions and never pushes you into unnecessary procedures. The staff is great as well. They are personable and greet you by name. When they referred me to an orthodontist, they gave me all the info I needed and offered to send my patient info over as well. The hygienist I typically see always does a great job on my cleanings. She is very meticulous. The exam rooms and office are clean. It’s a very cozy and relaxing space. The equipment is modern and high-quality. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu and her team at Queens Dental Care.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I can hardly put into words the way I feel about how helpful, kind, and incredibly skilled team is at G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY. I hadn’t been to a dentist in two years, so I went in for a checkup/x-ray. The staff was great. They made sure that I felt comfortable; they even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. Dr. Kalyanaraman worked very quickly and professionally. He reviewed my x-rays and discussed the results with me. Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Azbel for three years, and I can say with absolute confidence that this is the best until the facility I've ever been to. At my first appointment, I knew this was exactly who I wanted to be my regular dentist. It's nice to find a dentist who loves what they do. It is sometimes difficult to find a dentist office in the Glendale area that has convenient hours for busy people. Glendale Dental is that place, which is why I love them. If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

My family has been going to Dr. Borgella for the past three years since moving to the Bronx area. My daughter and son in law convinced us to go to Dr. Borgella as they felt they were the best dentist ever. So glad we listened to them, and headed over to Reginald Borgella DDS. Best front staff, hygienists are gentle but very thorough and the absolute best team for all dental work. We were with no wait and I find I do not dread spending time in the dentist chair, weird! There are an overwhelming number of positive reviews for C K Galdieri, and super easy to see why. I've been a patient of theirs for a year now, and every time I go in, they blow me away. At the visit before my last one, my daughter was a newborn and couldn't be left alone while I was getting a mold done for a mouthguard and my wife was far away from Elmwood Park out of state for work. The team there didn't hesitate to take care of my daughter while they took my mold. In addition, Dr. Galdieri has always been very engaged with the well-being of patients' families, and always show interest in the most recent family adventure. This dentist truly cares about everyone, has a high level of technical competence, and truly provides a top-notch experience.

But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now. I would recommend this place to anyone in Livingston, NJ.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. I chose Dr. Murphy because of the great reviews that she had received. She looked at my tooth and gave me a very affordable price for it to be fixed. She then fixed my tooth seamlessly. All within a very short time frame. I have definitely found my dentist for the time that I will spend in New York. I have already recommended her practice to some of my friends. Dr. Kaufman deserves to thumbs up. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was very convenient because I had already completed the paperwork online. I was able to see Dr. Kaufman without having to wait. Overall, I am incredibly happy with the results I have received from my ZOOM whitening treatment. My teeth look 3 shades whiter now. Dr. Rafya Sandhu and the staff at Westbury Dental Center offer phenomenal care and service. While I know some of the staff personally, this was my first time as a patient. I came in for an emergency visit, and they were able to fit me in immediately. Dr. Sandhu and her staff exhibited a combination of skill and humor that eased my growing anxiety. The follow-up care I received was just as pleasant as the original experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

My wisdom tooth cracked late one night, but by 7:30 the next morning, I was in Dr. Mangiaracina’s office receiving treatment. I had reached out to them as soon as my tooth cracked and they promptly followed-up as soon as the got to the office. Dr. Mangiaracina is extremely skilled and meticulous. I normally experience some pain when the novocaine wears off, but this time, I didn’t even need to take a pain reliever. It was truly the best dental work I’ve experienced. Everything from the novocaine injection to the casting of the crown was done expertly.

Dr. Stuart Kaminsky is a fantastic dentist and an absolutely wonderful person. He doesn’t pressure you to pay for services you don’t really need, and his prices are fair. He also takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with each procedure so that you feel at ease. He answers all your questions. I appreciate that he truly cares. He doesn’t just pop in to say hello and then leave. More than that, his staff is friendly and also treats you like you’ve been a lifelong patient even if it’s your first visit. I’ll always recommend Dr. Kaminsky to anyone in the Syosset area looking for a quality and honest dentist.

I’m really afraid of going to the dentist, so I hadn’t gone in about a decade. A few years ago, however, my teeth were starting to hurt, so I knew I needed to see a dentist. I went to Albert A. Kahlil DDS in South River, NJ to get a wisdom tooth pulled, a root canal, cavities filled, a tooth crown, and another tooth extracted. My friend recommended Dr. Kahlil, so that’s why I wanted him to do the work. Turns out, part of my tooth was still in my gums, which is why I was still in pain. I called their office on a Monday, went in the next day for xrays and the extraction, and then went back in on Wednesday for a cleaning. On Wednesday morning, Dr. Kahlil called me to see how I was, which amazed me and shows he cares about his patients. Plus, the tooth extraction went well, and the only pain I felt was from the numbing needle. The hygienist who did my teeth cleaning was so lovely! She didn’t judge me at all and made it a stress-free experience! I had very little pain (it hurt a little because of my cold sensitivity), so it was pretty fantastic! My teeth look so much better than the did when I first walked in. Thank you! I need to return so that Dr. Khalil and I can figure out a treatment plan, but if I have any updates, I’ll post another review!

Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

I’ve been in Freehold, NJ for two years and was dragging my feet finding a new dentist. Great dentists are so hard to find, but Dr. Khetani at K Dental Smiles is the best dentist near me! You’ll love it here - they even have TVs. Dr. Khetani just put a filling in my mouth, and she was so careful. I didn’t feel any pain! Before I knew it, she was all done. I’ve had some awful dental experiences, but now that I found this place, I’ll be a patient here for a long time. Give them a call; she’s the best dentist in town!
