Brockton Family Dental had a lot of great Doctors Network reviews, which is why my husband and I decided to check it out. The dental hygienist was kind, and usually, the teeth X-rays hurt. My eyes would water when the slides rubbed into my gums and when I’d have to bite down on them, but they only took three pictures with no pain. It was so fast, too! The cleaning was painless, and Dr. Bae was so awesome. They had a lot of new, advanced equipment, and they took before and after pictures of my teeth to show me after the cleaning. They also let you watch TV while you got your teeth cleaned. I will be back, and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends in Brockton, MA about them!

Making my appointment at Brockton Family Dental in Brockton, MA was quick and simple, and the receptionist was intelligent and sweet. Plus, they have really flexible hours that accommodate my schedule. After I arrived, I didn’t need to wait too long in the lobby. The staff was kind and considerate, and they even had a TV that I could watch. They provided comprehensive services and even gave me a goodie bag with mini dental hygiene supplies. I can’t wait to go back and let them work their magic on my smile. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff - keep up the incredible work!

Dr. Naiman is the best dentist near me. He’s actually the best dentist ever! Advanced Dental Care in Plainville, MA is a decent-sized facility, and everyone there is so amicable. I forced my husband to go to them for a routine cleaning because it had been a few years for both of us. I expected to be scolded, but they didn’t say anything! They took x-rays and then they did my cleaning. The hygienist then put the x-rays on the TV and walked me through what they were seeing. I can’t tell you enough how kind and welcoming this staff is! The entire experience was simple and soothing. The cleaning itself felt very nice, and I wasn’t sore at all afterward. After my appointment, I sat in the waiting room checking my email until my husband was done. Since I have dental coverage, I didn’t have to pay anything, but even if you didn’t have insurance, it’s not that expensive and completely worth it!

Perhaps, the most common reason to search for a dentist is pain in one or more teeth. While toothaches and sensitivity could occur for many different reasons, including sinus congestion, one that persists for more than a day could be a sign of a deeper problem. For example, a lasting toothache could be caused by dental caries, the early stages of a dental infection, or as a result of weakened tooth structure due to teeth grinding. When you have an aching tooth, you most likely need a dentist. Doctors Network can help you find a dentist in the Boston, MA community who takes self-pay patients!

When the dental professional examines your smile, digital x-rays are used to assess the cause and extent of the cavity. From there, a dental restoration is chosen. For kids and adults alike, a dental filling made from a metal-free material could bring relief. A dental crown could also be used to address more severe cases. If possible, the dentist will take steps to utilize more lifelike options, so they ensure an attractive smile. If you have a toothache, use our search page to find Boston walk-in dentists and request an appointment in seconds.

Adults are not the only ones who benefit from routine dental treatment. Adolescents need routine dental exams as well, and they need to be monitored by a dentist for signs of threats to their oral health. This could include dental misalignment, or for teens, the eruption of the third molars. If you need to find a pediatric dentist in Boston, MA with experience treating smiles of all ages, then Doctors Network is able to help you.

Routine examinations should begin as early as age two, and should be scheduled twice a year. These visits enable your Boston pediatric dentist to watch the smile over time, and if areas of concern develop, such as dental cavities, or gingivitis, then treatment can be administered. In addition, children can often receive fluoride treatments to strengthen the outer enamel of their dentition and prevent tooth caries. Dental sealants, which coat the occlusal surfaces of the posterior teeth, can lower the risk of cavities too. In fact, sealants can last as long as ten years in some cases.

If you are searching for family dentists in Boston who can treat your entire family, let us know. We want to help you find affordable dental care. With routine care children not only enjoy healthy and strong smiles, but they also learn the importance of caring for their smiles. Good oral health habits can start them on the path to a lifetime of healthy smiles. All of it starts with that initial dental exam. So, use our search tool to find the best practice for you and your family!

We have reached the season when adults and children will be getting active. While we hope everyone has a great time, we know that their teeth could be at risk. Sometimes, especially when it comes to contact sports, teeth could be damaged, and when dental trauma occurs, care is needed. Even minor damages could lead to an increased risk of aching teeth. Doctors Network can help you find a 24-hour emergency care center in Boston, MA who can repair your smile.

The outer layer of the tooth protects the dentition. The enamel protects the sensitive inner structures from bacteria, and from the onset of tooth decay. But when a tooth is chipped, this could alter the appearance of your smile. You need treatment even if the damage appears minor. Likewise, you can always let us know if you need a Boston dentist who accepts walk-in patients for less obvious emergency situations. Unexplained discomfort and objects caught between the teeth could threaten your smile. Don’t forget that knocked out teeth are causes for concern as well. You also need care if a crown or tooth filling is compromised!

After you contact Doctors Network and begin looking for your Boston, MA dentist, you should take action by taking over-the-counter medications to ease discomfort. A piece of cloth can control any bleeding. A cold compress can ease facial swelling too. If a tooth is damaged or knocked loose, recover the tooth or any pieces and bring them with you. They can be placed in a glass of milk or salt water.

When a tooth becomes abscessed, treatment is required. Not seeking care means the tooth could essentially die. At this stage, the tooth may need to be extracted. Otherwise, the infection moves into other parts of the smile. If posible, a better treatment for an infected tooth is an endodontic treatment. The procedure is effective, but sometimes a tooth becomes infected again, and treatment is once again necessary. You may need to schedule an appointment with one of our Boston emergency dentists for additional endodontic treatment.

A root canal involves removing the tissues from inside of the tooth. The interiors and root canals are thoroughly cleaned, and a restorative material, AKA gutta percha, is then added to the tooth. Often, the tooth is then capped with a porcelain crown. The restoration is often custom-made to protect the tooth and also blend with the smile. But if there are complications with the procedure, the health of the tooth could be questionable. The tooth could begin developing symptoms, such as toothaches and discomfort when biting down. If you experience this, don’t risk the loss of your teeth. Doctors Network can help you find an urgent care center in Boston, MA that can offer additional treatment and accepts new patients.

If you don’t have dental coverage don’t let that discourage you! Doctors Network can offer a discount dental plan to make care affordable. With a simple monthly rate, you can obtain a root canal retreatment without breaking the bank!

Oral health declines when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with eating a variety of meals. Even talking clearly could be a problem. However, the major problem is the break down of density in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause patients to look older. More importantly, this prevents dental implant placement. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to make dental implant placement possible! Fortunately, Doctors Network could help you schedule an appointment with a great Boston oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is in-network with Obama Care and offers jawbone grafting. In addition, we could also discuss our payment plans to make dental care affordable!

Jawbone grafting is also known as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to rebuild jawbone structure in your mandible. Your dentist could use various sources. Tissue could be taken from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials such as freeze-dried bovine bone particles could also be used. Others recommend synthetic materials. During oral surgery, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the mandible bone.

Once the area heals, the dental implants could be placed. The body will accept them as natural roots. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, preserving your smile. Our team can connect you to a dentist in Boston, MA who offers ridge augmentation, and also let you know about our membership plan to make sure your care fits in your budget!

With over six million people to care for, Massachusetts makes good oral and overall health a priority. In fact, less than 3.3% of people in the entire state do not have insurance. Nevertheless, the costs of dental health care continue to rise, and in many cases, even comprehensive dental insurance may be insufficient to protect patients from high out-of-pocket expenses. To help protect families from inadequate insurance coverage, or from the lack of insurance altogether, Doctors Network and dentists across Massachusetts now offer direct dental plans to lower the costs of all dental treatments. Under the plan, checkup and cleaning appointments are only $25 per visit, with no extra charge for routine X-rays.
