I had a very nice experience here, which I’ve found to be very rare at a dentist office in Midtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised at how great they are here. I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care. They make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during procedures by giving you headphones. I can’t wait to show my husband this place and recommend it to all my friends.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are the best. My whole family has had work done in his office. Dr. Sandhu has a state-of-the-art office. I love not having to bite down on multiple pieces in my mouth to take X-rays. They also don’t try to upsell you. They are honest about the kind of work you actually need. Dr. Ames is the best dentist in Jackson Heights ! Bedside manner is exceptional, and all questions / concerns are answered in great detail. I recommend Dr. Ames as well as Queens Central Dental overall to anyone who is looking to have a knock-your-socks-off dental experience. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, which is a plus!

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kalyanaraman’s for a while. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice! Dr. Kalyanaraman is incredible and compassionate. It's easy to schedule an appointment and I feel Dr. Isakharov cares about my dental health and isn't trying to push unnecessary services or procedures on me unlike other dentists in New York. I moved to Rego Park, NY and I was entirely lost on finding a new dentist. After visiting a few others in the area, I was not impressed and refused to return. I came across Dr. Azbel at Lucky Dental, and this is now my permanent dentist office. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and took the initiative to educate their patients. The staff did such a great job working with my dental insurance, Delta Dental of New York, that I walked out without owing them a cent.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Dr. Grinberg and the assistant are very kind, gentle, and friendly. I recently moved and was worried about finding a new dentist in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, but this place is great, and I look forward to coming back. I felt very comfortable here, and they treated me like a person rather than just another mouth in their chair. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.
