They make crowns in their office, so you can get it handled the same day. We love the flexible hours that suit those with jobs and busy schedules. The receptionists do a great job handling the billing. They also make follow-up phone calls after appointments. Overall, the staff is very personable and inviting. They’re the best in Franklin Square!

Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

I have never been a massive fan of dentists, but Dr. Rosen at Cedarhurst, NY has changed my perspective. His office staff is so personable; the space itself is so comfortable. Everyone we came across at this office is kind, and the clinic is so organized. They are so punctual; you hardly have to wait in their comfy waiting room.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff at Elite Dental always make it fun and comfortable for my two kids to see the dentist. The staff is very kid-friendly and sensitive to my autistic son’s needs. I get really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, so I have put it off for multiple years. During previous regular check-ups, my dentist would use topical anesthesia to numb my gums so that I wouldn't feel anything. At my first appointment with Dr. Azbel, I let the staff know about my extreme fear of dentists, even during a simple cleaning. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I normally would have opted for some music or a show as a distraction, but I didn't need to. I didn't even need the numbing. I was very impressed with how professional the staff is. They certainly know their stuff. I'm so grateful to have found such a capable dentist. I will be a regular patient. My teeth have never looked as good as they do after going to Lucky Dental.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are the best. My whole family has had work done in his office. Dr. Sandhu has a state-of-the-art office. I love not having to bite down on multiple pieces in my mouth to take X-rays. They also don’t try to upsell you. They are honest about the kind of work you actually need. I really love coming to G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY. The staff is always welcoming and makes me feel very comfortable. Their service is always punctual and efficient no matter what treatment you’re getting--teeth whitening, cleaning, fillings, etc. Whenever I have questions, they take the time to answer them and explain what to expect. The customer service there is fantastic.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.
